Very irresponsible very bad service false promises while renewal. False policies while part release. Different rate of interest for renewal in comparison to new gold loan. Took arround 2hrs in process.

Worst company not deliver your gold at your doorstep only mentioned at a time of taking gold losn.after you make payment you have to chase company to get your gold back.company loan mangers are doing frauds not delivering gold on time.in my case I have updated payment five days back and still chasing loan account manger himanshu from dwarka sector 12 branch to deliver it but no reply might be they are having some connection with local vendor to get some gold removed as every time u check the weight reduces in some milli.guys please get your gold checked with authorized govt labs after getting delivered.specially if you got your gold from above named loan Manager.he is truly un professional man as per backend he is handed over my gold packet in morning but still he is not chaseble by branch.please don't believe any person of rupeek this company is fraud there is no one in company left who is going to take care of customers.save your gold from such looteras.

I am not satisfied with Rupeek Gold Loan. I borrowed money from them by pledging my gold and they assured me that they would release it as soon as I repay the full amount. I did that yesterday but they are not delivering my gold today. They are saying that there are no slots available. This is not fair and not what I expected. They are keeping my gold and not honoring their commitment. I do not recommend Rupeek Gold Loan to anyone. They are unprofessional, dishonest and unreliable. Please be careful with them.

Dear all I am listing couple of issues after 4 years using thier services
1. Worst consumer redressal system through calls
2. Only software is God no human conversation has values
3 you cannot do balance transfer from this company to another company
4 if by mistake you miss the intrest payment you have to sell kidney to repay them
5 resolution process takes so much time you have to take leave to attend them
6 no expectations of refunds or relaxation in anything
7 they keep charging intrest you Unless resolution is done also if you with they don't revert or adjust to loan amount as they promise consider your money gone

Third class company use Cheap tricks.

When took loan it was. 49%/m but they kept on increasing slowly. Now I am paying 1.1%/m.

Took 5days to release ornaments, untrained staff took 3 hours to release
One word "AVOID"

Very very bad experience call 6 to 7 time for confirmation I think nobody have such time picking call and executive not have proper knowledge of product.very bad gold loan company in nbfc. I will give 0 point from my end.

Warning: Kindly don't take Gold Loan with them, they incresed the interest rate, so I paid all amount and requesting them for a Release of my Gold and they are not releasing, only making excuses. Kindly think twice before handing your valuables. This is the 4th day on the row still they making excuses for the Gold release. I'm going to make a FIR and also going to send them a Notice if they won't release it by tomorrow. Keeping anyone's property is a crime. They should understand they are doing a crime.

Reimbursement process is very smooth, but actual face they'll show once you took the loan, there is no information about the due date, no information about the missed emi, and suddenly one day you'll get Interest doubled. I'm paid interest every month, and without any due date information anywhere neither on login nor on sms they started charging ₹11000 per month.really pathetic.won't suggest anyone. ICICI Bank, HDFC Banks are much better. Rupeek not suggested at all.

They have Not Mentioned Due Payment Date no where, not on sms neither on their portal nor on app. And inspite I paid every month randomly ie 2nd or 3rd because I am unaware of due date. If I can pay on 2nd then why couldn't I pay on 2 days before. And they charging double by saying I missed it. Without accepting their problem.
