Bad experience customer waiting room is very bad nd smell bhot jyada aati hai not proper clean nd service acchi nhi karte hai bilkul but kapil ji work manager acche hai otherwise all staff is very very bad

Good behaviour by Vishal advisor and delivery on time all staff was good experience was good

The service is nice and the best thing about is the Air Conditioned Waiting Lounge.

But pls beware about your belongings I lost the micro fiber cloth after I assigned them my vehicle.

They have a fixed pattern to conduct service.tell you a big list of issues (if they are minor) and ask you to get fixed everything.

For my scooty costing (15000 IDV) they advised me to get the service done for 3200.from outside I get it done for Rs 700/-

Itni bura experience tha humara yahan par, Bina baat k paise charge karte hai yeah log. Koi tareek nahi hai baat karne ka. Yahan se koi na service karaye ya scooter aur bike khareede.

They have not enough staff they are not giving proper attention to thier to customer behaviour is too bad in my opinion we are paying money for service they should aware for each and every customer please don't give single chance to give service of your bike they are tooooo bad please don't go

Service center staff very good special himanshu ji giving me good service and arange the part and time sa Kam bhi kar vha diya service center mei thankx himanshu

Just call them for the service. There caller anchal first ask its a free service or paid service. It's free service so there staff is less if it is paid the staff is available. Pathetic way to deal with customer. Then they called me again it can be done but not sure about the rates.

Very bad. Service is not satisfactory. The staff forces costumers to change well working parts. Mis guiding or everage of petrol may be less.

Please don't visit to this service centre they are only focus on making money to change this parts that parts if it's in ok condition as well. Supervision from supervisor at the time of service is 0 no one will take care of your that your Vehicle that is properly serviced of not. Supervisor are more busy in phone on service area. I have taken paid service still my vehicle is in same condition as previously no improvement I found when I called to services centre they are saying come again we will check. Then what they have checked before giving me delevery after service. Even they don't clean my battery and frout side in paid service as well. When I started doing argument with them that it's part of service then they clean again. According to me going to this service centre is waste of time and money.

The picture I clicked that was done after vehicle was handover to me when I told them it was not cleaned during service. So I never recommended anyone to visit this service centre.

What if one customer take yearly book for service what ever promised visit next time that salesman will be gone.but good that management helped and refunded all.

Wrost experience in every visit weather it is in 1 month they made a bill of 2500 is it tvs service or BMW service? They charge 2500 and above in every visit in every month totally disappointed I will take serious action about this Sabharwal service station

Very bad they don't how to behave with customer this type of service centre (part manager) will make problem for the centre.

Its tvs service centre, although I haven't find any cheating during my 2 years of service experience of my Jupiter with them but like every other service centre they do try to add unessessary things in your service list just to charge you more.
Time is another thing, even for the basic service they need 3 to 4 hours.

Service adviser are friendly in behaviour but other staff are rude type persons. Average rating

They are just doing there job not worry about your vehicle open shop around 9: 15 am. Take your money and give back your vehicle try to cut your pocket on amc. No one is interested to hear customer voice.

Very late service. The first service is good but after that 2 and 3 service they wont wash properly and claim process is also very late my tvs ntorq has gone for claim about 25 days but still they ask wait for tomorrow another that same problem again

My first experience with sabharwal tvs service center is good. Well behaved staff specially technicians help me so much. Understand my complaints and also solved them. So thank u to all the team of service center.
