Very nice society to live in. I lived in this society on rent for a year, and then bought an apartment here only. Some highlights: - Spacious, airy rooms with good ventilation & sunlight coming in almost all 3 bedrooms (at least in blocks A, B & C. Block D has slightly less winter sun access) - 1 super large balcony overlooking lush greenery, 1 medium size balcony near the hall area, 1 small balcony for service needs. Spacious. - Most of the society members are gentle natured, good people ready to help. Of course there are a few black sheeps everywhere. - A cute little park in the center of the society, buzzing with children playing around (sometimes the noise gets a little heady, though) - Pet friendly society. Many pet parents thrive here. Dogs are not allowed in the lifts, though (If your dog is well-mannered, you may not find any resistance using the lifts). I own a dog and I mostly prefer stairs - sometimes I use lifts too, mindful of basic civic sense. - Guards are helpful & at your service day & night - Tight security. Lots of cctvs in the premises. Guards make safety rounds all through the night. You can hear their batons periodically after 12 midnight till early morning. Safe nights. - Power back 24x7. Access to potable water 24x7 - Well designated parking - Society more than 17 years old, so you will find cracks in a lot of places. Management does continuous maintenance of corridors, balconies etc. Indoor structural maintenance is a personal responsibility - like any other apartment. The foundations are strong, though. - A large DDA park just behind the back entry of the society. Beautiful mornings, lovely views with people jogging, doing Yoga etc. It leads to a series of connected parks all along the nearby schools. - Location of society stellar. Bang on the Sadbhavna Chowk. You can not miss the big name-plate standing on the Sector 22 signal.
