The staff were good. Zero star for Dr Malkit Law, very rude and unprofessional. Hope people could get to choose some other doctor at the center.

Very rude staff and there lab test are so expensive. They only treat friendly and with smile to those people who came for visa patients.

Smooth process for immigration.

Step 1: Appointment Booking
You can book your appointment via call to check availability of slot.

Step 2: Filing a form

When you will enter, receiptionist would ask for your mobile number (which you mentioned over call).
She would give you a form to fill alongwith check original passport.

Step 3: Tests
Like I had booked for UK immigration so there was a Xray which hardly took 10 mins.

Step 4: Doctor consultation

You will have to wait for 15-20 mins, your reports will be given to the doctor.
You will be called by the doctor (Dr Pankaj was alloted to me) according to your serial number alloted.
He will ask basic details and check original passport.

Total it took me 1 hour 15 mins for everything.

Although experience was very good and feel very pleasant to get dine my medical from here for immigration.

We went there for uk immigration TB certificate. We had a great experience with Dr Pankaj Sayal. He is so humble and genuine. There was some error in my son's certificate. He reprinted the certificate. He is a nice person and the staff is so polite. Sister was so cooperative and replied to all the queries. It's a neat and clean place with wonderful staff. Well sitting arrangement and they give proper time to cross-check the details.

I went there today with my wife for Medicals as required by Australia Immigration. The whole process was smooth and it took about 2 hours. Dr Law, Nurse Bindu and Mr Guudu Singh who took our blood samples were very professional. The only thing I didn't like was the cost, as it was more than the Visa fees paid by my daughter.

The lady attendent should be terminated from this medical center.you don’t know how to talk to patients at all

She is soooo rude can’t even explain in comments.how can such a rude person answer the call this makes the reputation of your medical center worst.
These type of people shouldn’t get job in such places.she needs to learn how to deal with patients instead of being cruel bloody illiterate.

This review is specifically for Dr. Malkit Law - I was Standing outside her office waiting for my turn as per her PA’s instructions and when I went inside she asked me why did I stand outside and I was making everything crowded. I told her that I was there as per her PA’s instructions and then she told me so arrogantly to keep standing then and made rude comments. Then she started cribbing why she gets UK visa patients and she is frustrated that she has to do it on Saturday. She asked me to check details before she prints certificate and when I told her my address was incorrect, she rudely said me to go and sit away as she was not happy i told her to correct. She then put my visa category incorrectly as student and again got frustrated when she had to correct it. While I was leaving she again said what are you going to do in UK, you will have to sit in hospital and starting cribbing about UK visa process. Her PA came out and said sorry to me, her PA was really sweet but this doctor was horrible, rude, arrogant. Hospital should really take her interest into consideration and give her a job that she likes so that she does not torcher her patients.

Very good, cooperative staff and Doctor, 2 to 3 hours are sufficient. Very kneat and clean centre

Recently at 30th of March I went to the hospital for upfront medical for Canada PR. I had very good experience with all of staff they all are very good and cooperative. I had an appointment with Dr. Malkit law. She is very sweet lady and her voice is very melodious. But one thing that I have to mention here about the person who take the blood samples. He was very kind hearted person. I had never experiences a professional person like that. I have always been afraid of injection and when he started to take my sample I scared a lot & then he saw my reaction and told to me I give u some time u relax and u will be fully relaxed then I took the sample and he wait for my relaxation and after that he take my sample and in between the time his temperament is very normal. Some one plzz let me know the name of that man and please send my precious dua for him.

Everything was quick and easy. Courteous and patient staff.
It is basically a facility for immigration health checkups. Not sure what else they do.

I recently visited this center with my wife for my immigration medical exam, and I had taken an appointment prior a day before I visited this center. My overall experience was smooth. 1. Appointment was easily available. 2. All staff, including, Dr. Malkit Law was friendly, professional and supportive through out the whole examination. I don't know why people had written bad about reviews about her but she and other workers explained everything very nicely and we didn't face any issues while getting our medical exam done.

PS- My whole examination less than 1.5 hours.

Went to get tb test done for UK. X ray was done quickly. I made a mistake in cross checking the details, but thanks to Dr Pankaj Sayal, he took no time and reprinted the certificate.

Very expert doctors and nurses and staff. Quick service and submission of medical reports to embassy.

If i had a chance to give 0 star i would have given them to. Dr malkit law is very unprofessional, a doctor should welcome his patient with a smile. When i asked her about my process she rudely said 'koi sakh hai isme'. I mean, i am paying fees to that center just to clarify my dobts. And here nurse, i dont know her name but one of thr most rude nurse i have seen. She has no manners to handle her customers, when asked about a query she said ' ab apka ho gya, ab aap ghr jaao' in rude behavior. I mean is this a medicacentre or what they qsked me to sit for an hour, for nothings but just a signature from doctor. The reception staff is quit helpful however they gave me appointments time for 9: 30 but my number came at almost 11. Worst experience with tgis center.

Staff was so polite. Service was brilliant but doctor law was so late. That's why processing time goes to 2 hours, otherwise it will be 1: 15 hours

Great experience specially child specialist Dr Manju Sharma I went for my Son and daughter, taken Rs 50/- for per child not much waiting time I have completed with 1/2 an hour. Near the hospital there is a park Shanti Niketan Park there you can enjoy with your children. No Parking issue.

Dr Malkit Law - The most rudest and unprofessional doctor i've ever encountered.

Nurses are good but the doctor's behavior and way of talking is disgusting.

Pathetic staff, no time value, specially nurse was very rude. After appointment they asked to wait and no communication between telephone’s department and other departments, there was no politeness towards the patient.

Worst experience ever.
Went to clinic for orthopaedic, Doctor Sanjeev divyadarshi did not even ask for the issues that I am facing with my lower back, however when I tried to explain him he did not listening at all,
Just ask me to get done the X-ray right away in just 2 mins without even listening the issue.
This is not we are expecting from a doctor and a well known clinic.

Had a pleasant interaction at this hospital. There were very few patients and the doctor was very efficient. Was in and out in less than half an hour.

My experience was very bed with Dr.malkit law.
Dr. Malkit law was really rude.
When asked after checkup 'Ma'am, all done? ', she yelled at me saying, and I quote 'That's why I told you to Get out! '.
Another lady when accidentally came before I got out, the doctor asked her to come and sit on her lap.

A very good centre for all things related to Immigration Medicals. The staff - the best behaviour I have seen in all these years of my experience in dealing with medical facilities. And the overall process takes 2.5 hours from entry to exit so do not expect any expedited methods / shortcuts. Be patient and they will guide you through the steps. Best to be accompanied by another person especially if you are a young student as someone has to take care of your documents, clothes and billing as you go through the every stage of the diagnostics. Thank you for the professional experience. To book slots you may have to try the phone number multiple times - as lines are mostly busy.

Nobody picks up the line. Their executives are available because their voices can be heard but they disconnect immediately.

My wife has done her medical from Sadhu vaswani and later we came to know by IRCC that she is diagnosed with Hepatitis C and advised her to visit specialist for her treatment. Once she has done her treatment, she submitted her negative report to the hospital.
Due to Hopsital staffs ignorance and neglence they didn't submit that report to IRCC because of their stupidity her visa were refused by visa officer and they stated in their decision that your report of additional documents were not received thatswhy we are refusing your visa.
I have request to everyone who is coming here for upfront medical before travelling to canada, kindly visit to another panel physician to avoid this type of consequence.

Very unprofessional. Have been calling hospital for more than 2 days, made more than 70 calls. They never pick up the call, and one time they did, they disconnected immediately. Would not recommend to anyone who values their time.

No one picks a call, have been trying for a week now. Even after walk-in for getting an appointment, they don't treat them well

We thank Dr. Ms. Malkit Law and Bindu Sister for their great services and help with regard to the Emergency Medical check up and prompt submission of my son Medical Report to the Canadian High Commission. I went there for Canada visa medical test. Took an appointment about 20 days ago. There are only two IRCC authorized medical centers in Delhi. Other one is Max in Lajpat Nagar.
About location, enter through main road gate number 1, other society gates were closed. Took an overall 2hr 10min as there were already many applicants present and then just before my number, the doctor took the lunch break otherwise it would have been 1-1.5hr.
I was examined by Dr. Malkit Law, opposed to many bad reviews related to her behavior, I found her to be very polite. It hardly took 5min for her to physically examine the applicant and all other people had no problem as such.
There was enough sitting space and the center was very clean and air conditioned as well. You can definitely book your visa medical appointment here.

Very efficient and very organised. Reach a little early in the morning to beat the rush.

Be cautious of Dr Malkit, unpredictable at all times. I found rest all staff to be helpful as they accommodate your requests without much fuss.

I would give 0 star if option available. I have been trying to call them for last 1 hour to book medical appointment but no one answering. Sometime they pick the call and disconnect it without saying anything. Useless staff.

Well maintained medical centre.
The disappointing thing is that despite taking a prior appointment, you won't be attended & freed timely. Either their system isn't streamlined or they bite more than they can chew.

Everone who is complaining about the rude behaviour of Dr. Malkit Law, it to understand that her behaviour is due to the fact that she has been deported from Canada and couldn't apply again for either of the developed countries. It is a genuine hunan behaviour which burst when you're forced to do something where you were unsuccessful and seeing other to achieve that.

One of the worst centre to visit if you have a child specifically. Staff is so illiterate, and thus is their behaviour specially the pathologist. They need to learn some manners on how to handle a child while taking their blood. I would never recommend anyone to visit this hospital. Shameless and idiots of all varieties are found there.

Kindly ignore the negative reviews. I got my medical test done in 1.5hrs.staffs are very co-operative. Visit as early as possible to avoid rush.

Latest visit on 29th Jan. Fast and systematic procedure. Some people might have different experience, but there are more then 100 cases of Immigration every day. They assign you token and u have to follow ur token number everywhere. The doctor is experienced and helpful. She is professional and to the point. We are visiting a hospital not any Hotel that people come with high expectations or expect any special treatment from staff.
The phones get answered but because of their hectic and busy schedule you may have to dial again.
It will take 2 hours to complete procedure starting from documentation processing to Physical examination, X-ray, Blood and Urine sample collection. Have some time and patience and appreciate the work of staff.

Top to bottom staff is super rude. My parents went for checkup and had very offensive experience. Even talking at reception on phone is frustrating. I think they have not taught being respectful and polite in their training. I Would never recommend.

We have good experience with With the clinic the staffs are very friendly. Try to reach the location at the earliest. For the medical test it won't take more than 2 and a 1/2 hours The charges are Farable. The location is situated in the 4th street near to the park.

No one is bothered to inform or help anyone who comes inside.one will waste his whole day for a piece of paper.moreover the money they charge is totally disappointing

I did my medical for canndian student visa. The staff was really co-operative and the process took just an hour and a half. Reach the hospital before your appointment.

Few days ago we were booking our medical test for Canada visa, At first we were confused to choose between max and sadhu vaswani at first as max is a big name we’re more inclined towards it but after reading reviews that were better for sadu vaswani we booked our test there, and our experience was also good as everything was systematic and staff was also very polite also we would like to thanks DR PANKAJ SAYAL who did our chekup was really friendly and polite and made us feel very comfortable also helped us through all the chekups

My son had leg injury and went to this hospital on 4/10/21, with acute pain. The Orthopaedician didn't attend to him properly and asked him to get an x-ray done. The Orthopaedician gave him his mobile number and asked him to visit his private clinic. I have been contacting the hospital since 10 30 today. The x-ray report has not been given till now. I somehow managed to get the x-ray film at 5 45 today. The Orthopaedician, Dr. Sarish Sharma was not available for advice at that time. After spending ₹ 650 for consultation and ₹. 300 for x-ray, I am still in square one. I have to take him to another hospital tomorrow. My son's UHID is mentioned as SVM210235038 in the hospital bill. I am mentioning this number to prove that this is a genuine grievance.

I visited this place to get my medical done for Canada academic visa. Their reception, call center staff is completely unprofessional. Their behaviour is casual, absolutely not assisting towards queries raised by their visitors. They easily get offended when u ask something rigidly and respond you like they are granting us with services.

I went to see Dr. Pankaj Sayal for Canada medical check up on 18th September 2021. Doctor made us comfortable and helped us throughout the process of check ups. All COVID protocols were followed and we felt safe in the surroundings as well. He helped us with all the required information and we were satisfied after meeting him.

Don’t know why people has written so many negative feedback about this place. I went there for Canada Medical and found it good also Dr. Pankaj Sayal was soft spoken and explains everything well. I found staff and process was good as well. I was done within 2 hours after getting the token.

Malkit law is worst doctor, her behavior does not like doctor. Worst worst worst. She has problem for every solution. She should take class how to deal with people. Her staff is also fed up of her. I was hopeless after went there

No doubt doctors were good but they did not send reports to IRCC within 3days after the medical exam.which really matters alot due which visa processing gets delay.when I asked them about the reports they do not give any replies to my emails and on call they are saying that have sent the reports to IRCC whereas, from IRCC i'm getting the mail to ask panel to send the reports they haven't recieved the reports and it been 2months after giving medical exam still no updation.

We met Dr. Pankaj Sayal for Canada PR upfront medicals on 15 Sep for our family of three. Dr. Sayal is a humble, polite professional who made us comfortable throughout the whole medical process. All in all our experience at the medical center was good and they followed the Covid protocols at every stage.

For me it was a good experience, there was waiting but if you go early you will get your token early. Giving 4star because of the wait time dr.law was awesome very calm and professional.

Went there for my upfront medical exam for Canada PR visa on a Saturday (September 11,2021). They don't have an appointment system in place (even though technically you can make an appointment on the phone). Make sure you go early in the morning like 10am or something and you will be done fairly quickly. My attending physician was Dr. Pankaj Sayal. I was done in about 1 hour 30 minutes but could have been quicker if it wasn't for the rain and some more systematic token system in place.

Cost was 6,000 Rs, to be paid via Cash or Debit/Credit Card. They have photocopy services inside the centre in case you forget to carry it.

It was a good experience overall especially the support staff who are pretty fast and polite.

I went here for my Canadian Medical Exam for temporary residence with an IME form. My attending physician was Dr. Pankaj Sayal. Overall a good experience. Waiting time for the physical is the longest but after that the x-ray, blood and urine tests are quick. The whole thing took about 1.5 hours. The staff has a good attitude. They offer photocopy service as well in case you forget to bring your own copies. The cost for above >15 years Canadian medical was ₹6000 at the time.

This is a money looting medical center, i had gone with my dad for a problem with stomach pain. The doctor {general physician} suggested me ultrasound, and some tests. The doctor asked me to do some test twice because of his mistake, i had to pay for the test, and each and every service they give, which is ok but Finally he transferred me to safdurjung hospital. After waiting for hours in line at safdurjung i finally decided to consult my family doctor, of which he suggested some medicines of thyroid and stomach problems by seeing the reports done by sadhu vaswani missin, and thank god my dad was ok within 24 hour of the medical treatment. This mission is only good for doing medical examination god knows, even that is genuine or not.

I gave my medical in this hospital. My experience was nice. It was super quick medical. Everything including tests like X-ray, blood and urine sample and doctor examination completed in just 30-40 minutes. Staff and doctor were cooperative. If you compare it with Max then it’s around 2000 Rs cheaper. People say it sends your report slightly late in embassy. You can check the timeline with them.you can take the appointment and also clear your all your doubts on call.

Been here for UK visa TB test and had a horrible experience. Dr. Malkit Law really need to learn how to behave. I have never seen such an arrogant and rude doctor in my entire life. Highly negative energy with hurting attitude. Would never recommended SVMMC services to anyone.

I do not recommend this place. Arrogant and unprofessional staff. Very poor service. Visa got delayed cos they did not upload the reports to immigration for 4 days. Another instance, they uploaded the wrong report to immigration.

I am Student, stayed in PG, Satya niketan area, Once i got Fever, my friend staying in Anand Niketan suggested me to get treatment from Sadhu vaswani Hospital.and I got shocked when I saw the Facilities, Doctor's have good behaviour, They recommend best generic medicines and i recovered in just one dose. This is a charitable Hospital, they only charge 30₹ as Fees.

Nice hospital and service. However, Dr. Malkit Law is highly unprofessional and rude. Does not represent her profession well to speak to someone nicely atleast when clients are only paying for their salaries!

For my Canada Study permit, i visited Dr Pankaj who is an amazing human being. Very friendly and compassionate. Highly recommended. These 5 starts are for Dr Pankaj. Lol

Also, it just took 1.5 hours to get all tests done. In totslity6, it was a satisfactory experience but i dont know why they charge so much for medical.

This is quite old hospital located in South Delhi. Moti bagh metro station is in the close vicinity. One can come here by metro or car. From the metro station it us around 10 min walk only.
The staff is prompt to clean if any spot is seen. Hospital is clean and they maintain proper hygiene all the the time.
One can get the test done here such as covid test, sugar, urine test etc.
They accept payment through various methods such as cash and cards.

The staff never told me about bringing passport when I requested to book appointment for upfront medical for canadian visa. I came from the outskirts of Delhi (2: 30 hrs ride). Dr. Malkit also didnt offer any compensation. Will not recommend.

Nice staff and very friendly. Specially recommending DR VEENA AGRAWAL ent Specialist such a great doctor who treats her patients like a family member.and i was having nose blockage for months.and by her medicines it got cured in a week.

Every staff members and doctors was so cooperstive. I think I wish to say that I had requested for medical report of my wife and myself for Canada immigration on 16th March, 2020 but couldn't get the report so far I once again request you mail the report on my email id [email protected] for my record.

Stuff doesn't care about value of time, I don't know why this hospital was picked my so many embassies. Thumbs down to this hospital.
