It's been more than 7 days I haven't heard back anything from them. I have sent them continuous mails but yet no reply. I really disappointed with the service. And request to everyone please don't buy anything from here.

I ordered a pick-up coil for my Yamaha rx100 and to my shock I received a local duplicate coil where the MRP mentioned is Rs. 80 and safexbike charges me Rs. 470.

Worst Service! The number Mentioned is not bothered to answer the call nor they are inent to give a call back. On the top of that they are even not answering to the mail query i did. DOnt try your luck with it insted you will losse you hard earn money.

FRAUD WEBSITE ALERT!

I booked a bike part, order confirmed, payment done. Website said, I will get an invoice emailed after the part is shipped. I waited for 2 weeks and logged in my SafexBikes account. There is no order. No History. Payment is reflecting on my bank statement, but the order is not available on website.

No response on calls or WhatsApp.

Very bad service. I had placed an order on 14 of March 2023 but order still showing under pending status. I tried to contact them but failed as all the number provided on their website are not working and whatsapp also not registered on shown number. Even I tried to mail them regarding cancelling the order but didn't get any reply. Now the situation is neither they are dispatching the order nor cancelling and refunding the amount. Thanks safexbike for your service, this will be my last order with safexbikes.

Finly got what i ordered and happy to see the genuine parts and thanks for service.increasing the rating to 4 but will not give 5 as the communication service is very poor.

They don’t care about customer. They will send the product whenever they feel like and will never bother to inform the customer when the product will be delivered or whether it will be delivered or not. No way of contacting them except email which we will not get any replies. The phone numbers are either switched off or out of service. I have placed order (388177) for a product and only a partial of the product has been delivered and when I asked about the other product to be delivered, they promised me a date however, on the promise did they haven’t even dispatch the product. One of the worst companies to buy product online. I will tell everyone not to buy anything from them and definitely their way of talking is very rude. If you check in the WhatsApp, they simply tell if you can’t give us time then please ask for a refund and they will deduct money which they have taken for shipping and all worst company, a fraud company, indeed.

Vry bad experience has been 1 week still no communication or any way to know the status of the order vry bad site to order ordered without reading reviews and got scammed.

They have sent us wrong part number as against the one ordered for Samurai combination switch (LH). The side panels received are also without stickers as shown in the images while placing order. SAP-0527 is the part ordered as per invoice but received SAP-0525. Exhausted after writing so many mails and complaints and disappointed with these unprofessional online suppliers. Order was placed in Sep 2022 and atleast ten mails have been sent but no actions from their end.
It looks like a low-profile online supply store and does not deliver what we order. Sincerely advice prospective buyers to think twice before going with them. Better to buy from other sources where return/replacement and right parts as per order are guanranteed instead of wasting time and loosing money with this kind of suppliers. The mistake I did was going with them without checking their background and supplier rating. I am ready to forego money from them for the wrong items sent by them but strongly felt like warning and highlighting this for people who can't afford to waste money and time. Having spent so much time and money, we as well think of spending little more time and money to stop this kind of business people in deceiving others atleast in future.

Safex bikes is a genuine website I received my order, it's just they cannot handle many phone calls and late reply to whatsApp message as discussion with owner they are having resource shortage hence becoming difficult to handle many orders,

Changing the review that I shared here earlier. These guys seem to be bad in communication and prompt updates. BUT, they are really good at the core of what they do - that is serve the bike enthusiasts to help them with good quality stickers of very old bike brands.

Had ordered stickers for the very rare Yamaha YBX (2001) model almost a month and a half back. I had lost hope that I won't get this since they were not responding to calls or whatsapp messages. But got pleasantly surprised few days back when i received these stickers at my door step.

We placed an order for helmet on Jun 22,2022 and have paid the amount online. Today is July 1,2022. The product is not yet sent (ofcourse how will I receive it). There is no response from them via email, phone numbers don't work. This is a case of cheating and fraud. I advice everyone to stay away from safexbikes. Safexbikes - if you are really not a fraudster, send me my helmet and prove yourself.

I placed order 2 weeks back & paid amount online. It's been 2 weeks & still no updates from their side. I followed up by mail but no response. Tried calling them on the number given in website but 1 was switched off & other was invalid number. It's a fake website. Don't buy from them.
I wish apart from 5 star rating there could have been an option to say it's a fake/scam website. I would have choosen that option to make customers aware of it.

Totally fraud site. After getting payment online, doesn't deliver any order and even doesn't reply to any of the query mails. Customer support is totally fraud. The contacts numbers provided on website are of no use. One whatsapp query number is there on site. If you call on that number someone on the other side rejects the call even after calling repeatedly for days. These guys have made an easy way to minuting money. A Worst supplier I ever seen, placed order on 8th of Oct but till now no response from them. I'm writing emails on a regular basis but no response. Worst customer service.

Safexbikes cheated with my last purchse (which was first too) from order was displayed type mudflap for motorcycle. The one delivered didn't have any relation as description or the product image that they have shown (like that of national permit trucks). You will be wasting your money as you will not be delivered with what you were expecting or what were you shown with the product image. The images of my order details and what I was delivered with are attached herewith for proof.

Don't waste your money on this website. Ordered side panels for ₹1300 and no update from them for almost 12 days now. No one answers calls, they have listed 5-6 numbers on their website, all useless

Full fraud. Never buy parts from this cheaters. I ordered duke 200 gasket kit but they sent me pulsar ns 200 gasket kit. Again I ordered scooty indicator but they sent me old broken scooty part.

My experience of ordering material from them are mixed.
- 2 weeks, the order was showing still pending.
- Phone calls, WhatsApp msgs are not attended.
- Email got a reply, and apology for delay.
- Order cancelled, and money refunded without any further hassle.

Not punctual about delivery nor update their inventory.although they refunded my money after multiple communication.safex bikes need to update their product on regular basis or else they will loose their customer.after waiting for two months i din't receive my order i cancelled my order and got my refund today

This is a complete FRAUD. Kindly do not order anything from Safexbikes as they are just looting money and your products never gets delivered. The numbers/email address mentioned in the website are fraudulent. Do no get cheated and loose your money.

They are seems to be cheaters orderd a scooter part around one month back they are not despatched. It is a waste of time and money. Still I am trying to get my product else my money back. Now a days they stopped responding emails. Planing to file a case in consumer forum. And file a petition under section 420.if they are not delivering or refund.

Scam website. Ordered few things from them, they never sent. Tried to contact PayU which is their payment processor and they dont have any contact information. Contacted these people again for refund, no reply. Shameless chindi chor people.

First of all the websites is 3rd class, and if somehow if you manage to order from it then you are not getting anything.they calculate shipping of each item. It costed me Rs. 150 shipping to get 50 rs things.

I was worried when I saw few complaints and exactly the same I was worried since yesterday after I purchased few stuffs online from the website. Not even worth a single star. I had ordered parts (order # 80676) for my bike which mentioned as genuine products on their website but the one got delivered to me didn’t seem to be genuine. When tried to contact them regarding the issue, no reply from their end. They don’t even reply on their WhatsApp number mentioned on their website even after reading your messages.

I was in require of body fairings to my karizma and ordered the full set. Any way i got the order delivered. But what i got is of cheap quality.the fitting is not at all good.the fairings starts vibrating now due to quality.come parts have already started to crack.

Another instance is i ordered a black foot bracket for my bike and they sent a silver bracket for which i raised a query. The customer service is so pathetic that they dint even bother to resolve the query or to replace the goods.
