Now i know why its rating is such low.
The behavior of BDM was very harsh. He was scolding at his worker for god know why.

Very poor service. Its not worth it. The worker was still behaving Ok. But the BDM (Business Development executive) on call was scolding at me as well as his own worker.

This should be rated negative but there is no such option.

Today I have visited again for the servicing again they have promissed to deliver the vehicle around 04: 00 pm but it’s 04: 41 still the vehicle is not ready.
They are not punctual on their timings.

No sense of professionalism, had a booking for my boxes to be picked up.couldn't reach the customer care the entire day, and the movers were a no show too.

Even after 4 day they didn't pick the items. Most unprofessional and inefficient Co. Finally had to send items through Delhivery. Sorry I couldn't give zero star rating.

After 50 hours Delhi to sohna 50 km thay are unable to deliver courier.
No body responds.safe express tracking 110746610 they are showing delivered date 26/09/2022 but till time date 27/09/2022 13.08 pm I am not received.

Pathetic logistic services.worst than a local transporter. If you are expecting a worst service, chose Safexpress.the system shows shipment moving from one hub to another and takes more than 48 hours to reach 25kms.you cant reach the customer service even if you can; they are puppets just saying sorry and worst part- you may not get your shipment on time.

Website not working since 5 days, customer care number not working, nobody is picking up calls at there branches, cant talk contact them in anyway.dont waste your hard earned money on them.

These people are rude and doesn't provide information properly.its been days since my item arrived at their local branch and still no progress.when i call them they give this surety that it will delivered but they don't.

I have transported my luggage from allahabad to delhi. Due to issue with my bank server, I had done their charges twice. It's been 25 days I am struggling to get the refund back. There is one contact Mr. SHAYAM pandey, he don't give proper updates and I did everything from droping mail to taking updates. Etc. But now from last two days he is saying that he got money refund, will ask her helper to refund, and sometimes he say he is just doing in sometimes. Very bad experience.

Consignment received at destination on 1st March but till 4th March nit delivered.very cheap service, pls avoid the service from safexpress.

Worst and unethical service. They did not stick to their written quotation even and charged one and a half time freight rate on the dispatch docket.

What a bad experience. Never use these people. Sent a consignment from Delhi to Kollam on 25th March. Still not reached the consignee despite being promised that the goods would reach in 3-4 days. And no one answers the calls either.

Company is well maintained. The location is not good.electrical wires through the way are left hanging. The roads are not good. But for eating you can find decent restaurants near by. The company does not provide lunch
