Sagar Ratna

We went their and ordered Rava masala dosa and butter masala dosa. The service was not upto the mark. We had to tell the waiter to repeat sambhar and chutney.
Also he was not very keen and was unbothered serving us.
Sagar Ratna Janak Puri is far better than Dwarka.
Despite being far from my place I would prefer going to Janak puri only.

It is located on the 3 Rd floor of the sector 6 market. There is a lift available but the entrance to the lift is very dinghy. The ambience is so so. The food is typically Sagar Ratna fare.

Food is great. Nice mouth watering dishes. Tried masala dosa, uttapam, upma, rasam papad, biryani veg and to my surprise the malai chaap was also prepared very nicely. The ambience is something that can be worked upon a little bit to make it more attractive place to visit.

Sagar Ratna is the best place to eat if you are looking for a quick bite or a family meal or literally any occasion which calls for good food. It has the best instrumental music, obviously very tasteful and fulfilling food and a family ambience. Kids and adult friendly. Very homely. The South Indian thali is a must must try. Chinese is good too.

Food and ambience is great. I came after a long time but small suggestion to please improve the sauce served next to dosa like coconut and other chutney. The taste is chutney was flat.

Sagar ratna time is over now, go for street side food corners instead of expensive and tasteless food of sagar ratna

Worst place and experience
2 years back I was regular to this place and it was really nice but today when I ordered 1 plate mix-veg uttapam and idli chaat I just regret why I ordered
So bad taste literally that uttapam was so bitter. I have tasted a lot uttapam but never tasted a bitter uttapam and that idli chaat it was so bad that crunch of dirt I just threw all that in dustbin. I guess they have lowered their standard very much and I'm very much disappointed and yes let me tell u that I bought this whole thing at a price of 404 ruppees through swiggy TOTALLY WORST EXPERIENCE WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN IN FUTURE

Pathetic experience. Puri bhaji had worst Puri's one can eat, bhaji was the same potato mix they used in dosa. Veg korma aside was tasteless. The kotori they serve are the smallest utensils in the world. You have to ask them for 5–6 times to refill sambhar. Sagar ratna charges 200 for a Mysore masala dosa, 190 for puri bhaji and additional tax, but no one cares for feedback and complaints. Shamelessly the counter guy and manager focuses only on the bill to be paid. No courtesy, No Apology, No service etiquette. Totally waste of money, you will just spoil your mood coming here.

Need to improve in ordering service.but the food is yummy.

Food is good. Sitting arrangement is old, as usual. They have added special north Indian menu also. Overall OK, if you are looking for authentic South Indian food.

My favourite for south Indian esp.for cozy comfy south Indian meal I simply know where to head to.courteous staff quick service piping hot preparation.guess cannot ask for more.sheer bliss

Sagar Ratna is a great place, and specially tha stuff and administration there is just awesome. The closing time is 11: 30 pm but they don't force you to leave. They will serve you if you enter before closing time.

Over the past few years I have been to many upscale to mediocre South Indian restaurant and have had a good feely about Sagar Ratna but this particular restaurant @ Dwarka 06 has let me and my taste buds down. If you are a big fan of South Indian food, this is definitely not a place to be. Their quality of the food is just below average and quantity of the food is downright redicuous. Full portion of the Hakka noodles or chowmein is half of the portion that you get from a roadside Chinese stall. The restaurant just below Sagar Ratna has a better chowmein. Veg Biryani is more of a dhoka. It's a veg pulav is a bowl not even in a plate.

I strongly recommend that avoid this restaurant at any cost. Let the food win over these overblown named restaurants.

It's located on second floor in congested Sector 6 market. Parking is bit difficult to get. There's lift for the restaurant. Approach thru stairs is very dirty and poorly lit. Quality of food is just ok.

With your food, you fed your blood to lots mosquitoes, bug.those allergic to dust better think twice.

Either you want to have South Indian food or you want to have North Indian food, "Sagar Ratna" is a place which gives you good quality food at reasonable rates. Service is good as well as fast.
It is a restaurant centrally located in Dwarka, Sector 6. Restaurant has good environment with light music.

Poor experience. They don't know how to talk to a cuatomer properly. The air conditioning is not proper. The food is not prepared as per your wish. A good place to visit by very bad when it comes to food preparation.

Wait time is long. You start to think that it should never end. But when it does you really enjoy the dish.

Worst place I have ever been, quality of food for a brand Sagar has gone to dogs.chutney was spoiled and smelling.when reported to manager she said tried to convince that this is how we prepare the chutney. Food quality for the price they charge not worth at all in this outlet. Poori were over cooked and burnt. KHAN MARKET is a better place to be. Sambar has NO vegetables only plane water.with colour and chutney was stale and old full plate was smelling. Cutlery, drinking glass was rusted. Water had fly in it.please don't visit this place. Even after reporting to manager I was asked to pay full bill management is not responsible for quality of food. Tomato were rotten.it was stale food sever. I have posted all the pictures to validate the same for other visitors. I love the food and ambiance here specially during sunsets. I ordered masala idil which became one of my favourites.
The service is good.

Last time I reviewed this place almost 3-4 months back and was very disappointed with the quality of food and service. Was quite reluctant going again and getting disappointed. But my recent visit laid to rest the earlier disappointments and me and my family enjoyed various dishes that we ordered. The quality was good and service prompt. The only item that still wasn't up-to the mark - filter coffee. Overall a much better experience.

Food was not up to the mark. Service was slow. Chutney, the main essence of a South Indian restaurant, were old, not fresh.
