Staff served fizzed out soft drinks and and waiter didn't admit that no fizz was left in the drink. Also these guys don't know how to manage parking well
Have been visiting this place for quite a few years. The service is fast. Food is reasonably priced. The only thing I dislike is that this place is little noisy. But still I would keep visiting this place for south Indian food
Yukk taste, total waste of money. Not worth the prices. Dosa was much smaller than any other place. Sambhar runny like water. Too bland taste. Don't ever try their cheese veg dosa, its a distaster. Just filled onion n capsicum (uncooked) mixed with white mayonnaise inside, worth 275.total waste of money.
On top of it, their ac was not working. Too suffoctaing at both the floors
Sagar Ratna serves the best South Indian Food. From Dosa, Idli, Rasam to Dal Makhani. Everything you order is tasty. The best time comes in Navratra when they offer a special Menu. Must eat here.
The south indian cousine is really nice. My family has been visiting the place for 26 years now just because of the taste and flavour they put in. 5 stars!
Always consistent with quality, taste and overall dining experience, Sagar Ratna never disappoint. Noisy because it's crowded most of the times. But good food makes up for the drawback related to noise pollution. A large range of South Indian cuisine, they also offer Jain food without onion and garlic.
Nice place clean and hygienic Safety measures are followed Food is delicious AC work quite well Waiters are polite Price not too high Overall it's a yes for me But they only accept cash or cards not net banking and wallets
The food at Sagar Ratna is good and many of the visitor are regulars. Don't expect any ambience or presentation at Preet Vihar outlet as it is very basic.
I go for lunch in sagar Ratna Preet vihar outlet firstly they serve stale red chutni which has bad taste as well as bad smell when i inform them instead of rectify the problem they argue with me and try to prove me wrong. Very irresponsible staff.
It's a worst experience in life.we ordered 4-5 items but no taste in any item.we ordered colf coffee and i Never had that worst colf coffee in my life.that's is totally worst experience
This restaurant is not for North indian food lover. Rates are so high, Neither Food quantity is enough nor taste. It's like "Unchi Dukaan, Feenke pakwan".
Ate sagar special paneer dosa and idli chaat here on valentines day. It was tasteless completely waste of money, decided not to visit especially on occasions
Lovely Food as always. Abundance of Sambhar and chutney. Not at all crowded. One of the best places for early morning quick breakfast. Fresh and tasty.
Taste is now better improved price increased costly water bottle why if options available in the market of 20 rupees. They have only Rs100 water bottle
Variety of dishes are available, sitting arrangement is appropriate, staff is cooperative. The dishes are quite tasty and presentation is also good. Rates are quite high but you will fill the good taste and would notice that it is heiginic. Overall I loved this place. However there are parking issues
Service was okayish. But food was great, must have type. It was fully packed during karwachauth and it usually is during festive seasons. One should go to have south indian as it is famous for it.
Very tasty food they have the staff is also good and the place is also very well maintained and clean i personally recommend this place its a family restaurant
I visited their to have Mysore dosa. Ever before finishing my meal. The waiter ended up with bill and it was not like there is a waiting li or anything but their staff is poorly managed. Next time please think before you visit such place.
The mix veg uttpam was really bad. It was looking like they had a ready made pre cooked base on which they had placed some veggies and baked it again. Was tasting horrible.
The experience was really worst, worst then ever. I have never experienced such bad quality of food in my life. I'll never recommend to dine over here. The staff is really rude and not co-operative. The brand name is just for the name sake doesn't hold any quality as the food is really bad and is difficult to swallow. I'll rather recommend everyone to spent their money on 10rs burger of rady wala then to dine over here. I mean it guys.
Everything here is good except for the one thing and that is the theme of the restaurant. Pretty primitive and creates a dull vibe, otherwise if u don't pay much attention to this then the food quality is great. My personal recommendation is the vegetable cheese dosa with a mint mojito.

The location is optimal. It can be seen from the main road. Has a pretty decent parking area. The food is delicious; neither too bland nor too spicy. Quantity and quality both are good. Price is also in the decent range.
Sagar Ratna started its first branch in Defence Colony in 1986 and since then it has moved on to become the most preferred destination for South Indian cuisines across the country. Within a short span Sagar Ratna has spread its wings far and wide and today with more than 90 restaurants, Sagar Ratna has established its presence in the National Capital Region (NCR) through company owned restaurants and in various prominent cities of North India through franchise outlets. Having won numerous awards in the Hospitality industry in various categories over the years, Sagar Ratna continues to delight its customers with its authentic South Indian food cooked fresh many times a day
The must – try dishes at any of Sagar Ratna restaurants are the Mini Idlis dipped in sambhar, Medu Vada, Dahi Vada, Masala Dosa, Rava Onion Masala Dosa, Mysore Masala Dosa, Rava Kesari. The nascent coffee aroma emanating from the filter coffee, served in the traditional steel tumbler and saucer is another specialty of Sagar. In an ever-evolving market, Sagar Ratna believes in delighting the customers with new innovations in its menu and this keeps us way ahead of competition
I received a big fat house fly instead of a healthy safe meal. When we order food from such restaurants our basic expectation is that the quality and hygiene levels should be maintained. But to my suprise Sagar Ratna, preet vihar outlet FAILED. While serving the paneer butter masala we discovered dere was a huge black house fly, which could be inside us had we not been vigilant enough to notice. I am disappointed and hurt.u have no right to serve food wid insects. Sagar Ratna, preet vihar u not just owe us an apology infact u need to assure us to take stern actions against such lag in quality check of ur food. It’s a big shoutout to all those dining in or ordering food from sagar ratna.plz dont trust dese ppl double check ur food before u eat.
The ambience is good. It's located at a walking distance to Preet Vihar Metro Station. There are two floors. If you like a lower temperature then ask them for a seat on the upper floor.
Now about the food, everything is far tastier than the CP one. Do try the coconut rawa dosa, rawa paneer dosa and masala Idli. And avoid having chaas or any drink as it's costly. You won't be disappointed with the food with anything you choose. Best for vegetarians for a family outing.
