Sagar Ratna

Very poor service - specifically ordered crispy dosas and what we got were soggy and cold dosas and when we complained we were told that’s what they have and make. The guy who took the order plainly declined on our face. On complaining the manager there was again a straight face with no effort to resolve customer issues. Better options available in the market like Sravana Bhawan who focus on customer satisfaction and food quality.

An average outlet which I believe is not as good as other outlets.

Amazing food, reasonable prices, good service. I have been eating here from tha last 12 years. Recently had lunch here after 3-4 years but still so satisfying food amd reasonable prices & same old typical sagar ratna ambience. Just loved it. Highly recommend & trusted.

A pure vegetarian South Indian restaurant that has been in this neighbourhood for at least the last decade and before that was located a few kms away.
Parking is a problem.though not good quality food. Chutneys are good, Sambhar delightful, the ambience is good enough for family dining.

Food is very ordinary when compared with other restaurants of same stature, you can have better Dosas in many restaurants not so upscale as boasted by sagar ratna, parking too is a problem

Only food is good there service and ambience is pathetic. Me and my friend were there just for half n hour maximum they didn't let us sit after we were done eating even though whole outlet was empty they gave us bill immediately and kept disturbing till the time we choose to leave after we were done eating we sat maximum for 10 min and in that 10 min the experience was pathetic never going to visit this outlet ever again

Excellent service. North and South Indian Dishes are available. Dishes are good in taste. Value for money

Toooo Pricey.everything is expensive and all the taxes add to the bill. The ambience is very dull. Food is not worth the Price.
Never visiting again

We had paneer tikka.soya tikka etc in starters.but infact they were not smoked gril.looking like kept wid spices only.were not tasty.boiled.soya chaap was kept.tasteless north indian food

First of all, they have to change there cutlary
(As there were marks of scrub on the plates)
And also had to improve serving and quantity of raita! It was not enough for the whole family‽
And the mouth freshner that they give after your meal was not balanced - as I could only taste shoaf, there was very less sweetner in it.
+Point is that there waiters were very kind to you

Sagar Ratna is where you should go when don't know where to go or even what to eat. You'll come out happy always.

Food takes forever to prepare, but taste is awesome. If you want to get best service go there prepared about what to order.

The place is just fine. Nice Ambience good food. I must say although its Sagar Ratna which is famous for its south Indian food but here you will find North Indian dishes much more tasteful.
Their North Indian Thali is a must try and Mysore Masala Dosa.

The most consistent south Indian taste restaurant.

The best thing about them is they keep adding to the menu giving new choices everytime

South Indian food is good but prices too high. You can easily get better taste and price in your any nearby south Indian outside
