Best to have south indian. SERVICE IS QUICK AND IMPRESSIVE.food served sizziling hot and you dont have to even ask for anything extra.service is so quick that everything is on table before you could ask the server
Taste of food is also superb Always prefer over juggernaut which is just hyped
Most disgusting outrated employee who dont know how to behave with customer. They think outside road is there baap ki property. This kind of attitude is.not acceptable and soon will make u ZERO from HERO.
The food reached was absolutely cold, tasteless, Dosas were hard to eat. They dont deliver the food in 35-40 mins as they have published, they take 1.30hrs to deliver the product. Secondly they dont deliver at your door steps which was not informed to us while ordering the food. After their rep has reached our building he insisted us to come down to take the order. Overall rating 0 not even 1.
Yesterday I have ordered from sagar ratna Ashok vihar but everything was smelly n bad in taste our stomach got upset after having the food n now wen I called them, thay don't want to listen anything, m not satisfy with them for the first time
Best of the branches. Serves you well with good service and quality food as compared to other branches in or around Delhi. Of course, South Indian good is a must try. I love their chutneys, Medu Vada, Onion Masala Dosa and idli chaat.
Quality of food has gone down, the interior are just okay and parking is a problem. Needs lot of improvement, people are visiting because of brand only.
A well known south Indian restaurant with best taste of dosa and idli. Nice ambience and beautiful atmosphere. Must visit this outlet if you don't want to disappoint yourself by eating random dosas from other outlets
Our famous eating joint for last five years. Totally vegetarian with special provision for no garlic no onion JAIN type of South Indian food. Staff is humble and tries to satisfy customers. Food quality is good and restaurant is neat & clean. To avoid evening rush reach early or wait outside on the chairs provided. It is pure Q management.
As everyone knows this place, but as my experience i am writing this review, in the night go as early as possible otherwise you get more watery sambhar, staff is somewhat nice as they respond you quickly but always gets delay to bring food. Otherwise it's a nice ambient place to go with family or with friends to have a moderate lunch, breakfast or dinner. They should give their coconut pan complimentary. The filling of dosas are nice but can be improved by adding some more spices into it. But in the last their prices are also high if compared to other restaurants nearby or into the the embassy area.
Has been in ashok vihar for very long. We go here when we r looking for south indian food nearby. Prices are great. But its high time they improved their chutneys. Sambar is great as usual.
This is one of the oldest branded food chain outlet in Ashok Vihar. Been there a couple of times, once in tbe year 2009 and now in 2018. Found noticeable differences. The decor and furniture seems worn out. There are monumental restaurants in New Delhi running since ages, but they work hard to preserve the aesthetics and ambience of the place. This outlet doesn't seem to care much. The food is more or less good, Rasam papad, Uttapam, Rawa masala dosa being the highlights. But emerging stringent competition from newer outlets, who are aggressive in trying out innovative variants of the South Indian cuisine, might dent the customer base of Sagar Ratna. I believe a revamp of the interiors and infusing variety and creativity in the Menu is required for the outlet to sustain its standing in the area.
