No support from zomato
And box tape is also tampered
Not to place any order in future

Poor service, unprofessional staff. Served cold lemon rice. Don't bother to call out if order is ready. Food quality below par!

Paper masala dosa which is always on my top list. Everytime i visit this place, i definitely eat this. Loved this totally. Do try out this

Not so good, according to the prices I was not satisfied with the quality and quantity of the food I was served.
You can only go here if u don't have any other option nearby otherwise better go for other options.

Pathetic sambhar, awful chutney.hopeless filling in the dosa.
To top it up, these guys even have problem in giving an extra disposable spoon.
Highly disappointed.

Good quality south Indian food in good price not so expensive.inside epicuria mall nehru place.big space for eating.

28/10/2019 I had the idli, the sambar tasted like coloured water.
Everything had a stale feel to it.
The server did not wear gloves, and scratched himself after serving me.
Do not eat there

The worst south-indian food experience I had, sambhar was nothing was vegetable (just pumpkin) stew, chutneys were horrible, in the name of veg-cheese dosa, we were served mayonnaise (no cheese), only onion and few slices of capsicum and carrots as 1-2 picesp, in the south indian platter upma too was horrible as if made days back, no taste at all, except bada nothing else was edible, our money was wasted and I swear never going to visit Sagar Ratna again in future, they're just cashing in the name of brand but it really sucks. No quality, no consistency

Me and my wife had idli chaat and dahi vada. Dish is too sweet and unfortunately I found a hair on my meal. Not the best experience. Plus, over priced. I can get better idli chaat and dahi vada for lesser price.

Worst food quality i asked for Lassi and Dabi Balla. They offered Lassi and Dahi vada both i thought still fine in this hot summer and when i tasted both where full with sugar i first thought it might be south Indian taste thats why later my friend told me it is much old dahi thats why to make it taste ok they have done it it was almost rotten was busy with an important conversation with my friend still excused and asked for manager of the outlet instead of him coming to face me they just offered another lassi with less sugar but same rotten curd. It was the woest experience back in front of my friend. Embarrassing showing just the damn brand name does not mean you will cheat people.just for some bucks of money you spoiled my day. Pathetic way to cheat and earn.
