Please avoid this service center at all cost, very unprofessional and even in free service they charge for useless things, no washing available, no customer lounge

Mr. Ankush Kumar Sharma the manager of this place treats my vehicle as it belongs to him, being from service industry I can tell that he puts his soul in his work, feel great that he is with suzuki, I own Burgman and everyone told me that I should not go with suzuki due to lack of service experience but I can proudly say that everyone was wrong, this particular service centre have great technicians which was indeed the shadow of the manager he handles everything's so perfectly that things go smoothly and on perfect time, hats off to him and his leadership we need more people like him for the biking community

Super pathetic experience of my life.i am driving since almost 25 years and driven different vehicle in the span but suzuki rama road gave me worst experience. Nobody has concern in your vehicle. Professionalism is not allowed in this service center. They don't even tell u about the vehicle or what needs to be change.they are passing time. Dont Dont dont ever visit this service center or u will regret.

Don't go to this service centre. They fool their customers. They will bill u for non sense reasons. They will claim they have change parts nd blah blah but actually part is still old never replaced

The worst service center i have visited in my life. Big thumbs down for suzuki.machine is good but the service is worst.

They don't value customer's time. Running understaffed they fail to deliver vehicle on time despite an appointment (appointment is a joke for them).

Irresponsible Behaviour. Not trained at all. Pathetic service based on observation of 2 yrs. Never left your vehicle here for any major work. You will regret it.

Worst Experience of service. They charge money irrespective of service actually done. If your bike/scooty had run more than 50k, they will definitely make sure that any part of yours two wheeler must changed so they can make more money from you. Don't waste money earned by your handwork by visiting this service centre. They believe in Making more money rather than customer satisfaction.

Very unprofessional, took almost a day to service my vehicle whereas said time was 2 hours.

I have been to three different Suzuki Dealer service network in delhi NCR. Sagar Suzuki is the only service dealer which offered service in true spirit. Specially Mr charanjeet ji big thanks to him, he understands the concerns and get it rectified thoroughly. Very good experience throughout.

Very pathetic service. The manager is very unprofessional, let alone the workers. Asked for a 2 hour service, they kept me waiting for the whole day.
Also, the parts available here are comparatively costly.

The service manager is one of the most energetic person. Yet the major issue is with Suzuki spare parts. First they are costly second their availability. Staff is good but suzuki needs to focus upon little little things. Their products are good with some here there issues but if they dont provide good after sales service. The company would not grow

Hi Charanjeet ji, I got my vehicle serviced at your Sagar Suzuki service center dated on 10th April 2022. I am worried about your team performance as your showroom is best for its work and service.

On 10th April 2022, After service and getting handover, the vehicle one bolt has been missed out from the left side, which i found on the way to karol bagh due to some works and then my scooter got starting problem from the next day. I used to push it in this hot weather on these Delhi's busy road. Then I send my vehicle to nearby area at Dwarka Suzuki and now my problem has been resolved.

But kindly please get back to your performance level as it was! You are the best people, kindly save you trust!

I really appreciated the work of mr charan singh. He always helped me in everything.he is a nice, soft spoken and very helpful person.

One of the best service station I have ever visited in suzuki, specially the service station manager Mr Singh, he is very polite and supporting person.

They service your vehicles well and have good technicians but only thing is doesn't have customer lounge open and they also use this place as there spare party godown which doesn't look good as service centre and constrained the whole space.

They charged me freaking 800 bucks for welding a 1mm piece. Without any written bill from the welder. Bike was delivered 5 hours late.
When i crossed checked it with the welder he said 100rs was the cost. When i asked the agent who took my bike for welding what are the charges he said the manager will let me know.
Manager charged me 800 for that.like seriously
Suzuki should escalate this and should seriously put the manager at questions.
I am going to mark an email to suzuki complaints team for the same.

I had visited many time at Sagar workshop.staff was very friendly and helpful. It was great experience altogether.

A good service station for suzuki scooters servicing, the service workshop could hv been a little bigger, rest is all good.

After the first service my new scooty is running like the old scooty, there is a strange heaviness in it now.
