Terrible service. They forget after taking money. Better to go directly to a PSU or bank to get the job done.

Totally fraud. They are charging Rs.
500/- for any Aadhar related service. Its better to go PSU Bank and they will charge only Rs. 50/- and Genuine too.

Had a great experience. Quick turnaround and I was given options and suggestions for various services.

BEWARE! These people will take your money and will not complete the work. Moreover, rather than giving solutions, they will blame you for things and will say that forget about the money. Ms. Poonam has no etiquettes to talk, initially she talks to clients politely but when she FAILS at her job, she starts screaming on you, blaming you and blocks your number.
Most of the jobs these people do can easily be done online, people should at least try and later ask for help if it can’t be done.
Sai associates is a dalal broker, they’re a link between client and dalal, so if your work isn’t done perfectly, they’ll ask you to talk to dalal. The dalal will ask you to talk to sai associates again because you didn’t contact him directly and you will become a fool from running here and there.
I have screenshots of Mr. Udit (Poonam’s son) about how he failed at certain jobs and then went back to his mommy because she is a better fighter.
PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE PAIN, DONT VISIT SAI ASSOCIATES.

They are very bad in terms of service and will dupe you very easily. Not recomended. High claims no result. Dont trust them with important documents

Very poor service, supremely non responsive. Give the money and keep on following up to get the work done and at the end of 10 days you will get to know that work cant be completed. All this only when you follow up yourself. Owner mam is too busy with other customers so might not be able to pay attention to you once your money is in. Got connected through one of thier self promotion messages on FB group - dwarka moms.

Guys I don't know about other jobs how they are dealt with but don't go for ownership transfer or transport department related work with this dukaan. Because RC transfer file of mine was reached in 20 days to the concerned desk which is hardly takes 3 to 4 days. On inquire about, they simply told that pls contact to my agent and there agent seems like they are the boss when asking regarding submission of paper. There statement that sir ho Jayega time to lag ta hi h. You can't say anything and refund bhul jao.

I hope the bad experience will helpful to a few people.
While taking money they say that the job will be done within a few of days and after that when calls were made for enqiry they say that HUMNE TOH AISA KABHI NAHI BOLA THA.
It took around 20 days for the same which was assured to be done in 3-4 working days.please do not pay extra amount if they say that the work will be done faster. They will simply change their statement after they receive the amount.
