Very poor service
No one is responsible enough to solve any issue they are not even picking any calls
They are using other internet and they dont even have their own internet.
Worst company ever experienced

They just dont have a technical team.
Every problem they only have solution is Band karke chalu kardo ho jaega.
I have wasted my money.

I have used many internet services provider in our area before, Trust me this is far better than other networks, it make me feel like using an internet services in western country, staff is well trained internet plans are affordable. I hope my sanjay will continue this type of good services in future also.

So basic pack starts at 470rs for 60mbps, you wont get 60mbps but 30 mbps is for certain.
Which is decent to be honest, in this area.

1500rs is installment charges (security money) and 470rs for internet.
1970rs and you are done.

If speed improves I will get 4 months package.

Very Bad customer service.

They have not come to collect money timely and stop the connection suddenly in night @12. Also no one attended the calls also.
