Service and ambiance was very good and all the staff were very professional and supportive.

We used Saiman Healthcare for Home ICU Services. Dr Garg and his team literally saved my mother's life. After 48 days in the ICU with COVID she was stuck on the ventilator and not making much progress towards recovery. The doctors at the ICU were afraid that she would catch the 3rd or 4th ICU acquired infection and could succumb.

They recommended Dr Garg and after some due diligence I decided to take a leap of faith. Dr Garg reassured me that she would recover better at home and it was really amazing how right he was!

They provided a 24x7 critical care nurse and attendant. They also provided all the other equipment she needed (ventilator, suction machine, backup oxygen tanks, ICU bed, ECG monitor, etc.). She was under constant monitoring and after around 20 days at home she was successfully weaned off the ventilator. They also provided a home physiotherapist who was incredibly dedicated and made sure she recovered her muscle strength (after 48 days in the ICU, she could not even lift her arms, was completely bedridden).

Today my mother has been decannulated (her tracheostomy has been removed) and she lives a normal and healthy life. She is functionally independent, can walk, talk, breathe, cook, etc.

This miraculous recovery would not have been possible without Dr Garg and his team. Thank you for giving years of life to my mother. She is 68 years old and after 48 days in the ICU and many complications (heart stopping, lung collapse, hole in the lung, sepsis, needing lung bypass, 24x7 ventilator) she is back to normal. Even her initial ICU team would agree that it is a miraculous recovery with the best care given to her.
