I bought your Firmer Pep Se serum for my mother. Nowhere on the packaging or the website could I find a complete ingredient list of the product. I even contacted your customer care and asked for the full ingredient list, first they asked if I was a derm and my license number. On knowing that I'm a customer, they never got back to me. Why do you think that only a dermatologist has the right to ask for a full ingredient list of a product? As a paying customer, do I not have the right to know what I am putting on my body? In 2023, when the market is flooded with choices in skincare, and every brand is putting a comprehensive list of ingredients of their products, why do you have this high handed attitude? And just mentioning the active ingredients doesn't do as any informed person will know. One needs to know the complete set of ingredients to check if they're allergic to something. I'm sorry to have bought the product and I'm never recommending this brand to anyone, nor will I ever buy any of your products.
