Nice staff but it takes some time to resolve the issue.like rattling sound is there in my car till now its no been solved. Other wise good exprience overthere.

Staffs are cooperative and well mannered. Service done and found satisfactory. Time taken for work could be less. And yes cost of repairs should be less or atleast equal as compared to outside.

I had an emergency repair for my car and I visited this service centre where you got to believe me that my experience was just fantastic!
Firstly the cleaniness at the working place was SO up to the mark like generally repair places are not that clean.
Secondly I was immediately assigned a supervisor named Manoj who understood and acted quickly on the issues my car was facing
Thirdly the technician working on my car named Rajesh literally worked wonders; not only was he quick in resolving the problem but then he was quite calm enough to explain all what happened with the solution he did while answering the further more queries I had.
Fourthly I was so happy to see that the supervisor himself checked the car thoroughly after the technician passed the car as working fine!
I do get my car repaired from a Honda service centre elsewhere but visiting this place was a great and different experience.
Undoubtedly a 5 star experience!

Extremely poor attitude. 1. Booked for 0900h slot on 01 Nov 2022 which was confirmed by service rep. On reaching saw the slot was listed for 1130h. 2. Honda advertises as 'customer friendly service stations'. Service assistant said only while oil change will the customer be allowed. He will not be allowed at service station other than that. 3. Extremely rude attitude by service assistant saying, 'we are service providers and you as customer will have to accept our conditions'.
I have been getting my car serviced at Samara Honda Mayapuri for the past 8 years. I have not come across such attitudes towards customers before or anywhere else where I get my other car serviced. I will take my business to another Honda Service provider or Go Mechanic, if I find similar attitudes.

Very poor service. LOST Trust.

1. Extremely poor cleaning, tyres flaps still have mud and lots of white marks on glasses. I have to get it cleaned from outside now.

2. My Car Honda city was being delivered without promised and billed work being done. They think customers are fools. Service Advisor: Mr Manoj, he billed of wheel alignment but when I checked they did not even touched the car. Now I am not at all sure if they have properly done other work or not. Very much possible that they have just billed and not done any proper work.

Cost of the car service was INR 15,000/-

I visited to take accidental repair estimate for my Honda city.the advisor mr.rahul was very courteous and helpful in explaining the repairs d insurance claim related process and expenses incurred on repair. I wish him a great and successful career ahead

The Service Centre was requested to specially see the AC during the paid service. During my long trip the very next day, the AC didn't function at all. After the trip on visit to the Service Centre, it was rechecked that the gas was not even half the capacity. There was no leakage and hence they refilled the gas and confirmed that the mechanic didn't do it carefully. They confirmation I will be refunded the complete paid maintenance amount as it was negligence. I have yet to be refunded the money.

Few days back my father got a call from Samara Honda Service Station, Mayapuri, Delhi that they are running a special service for Honda cars at INR 3000 and my Honda Accord Car - 2009 model is eligible for the service. After getting the car at there service station, they called us to tell that the car is not eligible for the INR 3000 service and we will have to pay them more, so my father told them to kindly send our car back. To our surprise, they later told us that they would be able to do the INR 3000 service and sent the car back in the evening.

Next day when I drove my car, I saw that the yellow light - engine/emission check light was on which was not ON before we had sent the car for servicing. When I called them, they got my car picked on 17th April 2022 and called me to tell me that I will have to pay INR 500 for getting the engine scanned as well as INR 14,500 for the part which they will replace. My father told Mr. Dinesh at Samara Honda (Mayapuri) that we would not pay as my car was is perfect condition before we had sent for servicing and that it has been mishandled and damaged at there service station.
He sent the car back in the evening reassuring us that the yellow light isn’t ON anymore but, as soon as I got it back, I switched ON the ignition and saw the yellow light for engine/emission check was still ON.

My father called Mr. Dinesh again telling him that it’s again ON and my daughter drives the car, what if some mis-happening happens while she is driving alone, to which he replied that it is not a big issue and can be ignored.
Today, I again switched the ignition ON and to my surprise the yellow light is not ON anymore but the AC has stopped functioning.

Firstly, when I sent my car in the best condition, what did these guys do with the engine? Is this Honda company’s new way of minting money from innocent customers?

Secondly, if it is not a serious problem then why did the company install that yellow light sensor and if it can be ignored then, why are they asking us INR 14,500 for it?

We am extremely disappointed with the Honda company’s Samara service station at Mayapuri and would never send my car which was in the BEST CONDITION for getting service there and have already told everybody in my known to strictly avoid this money minting service station with rude staff who cheat their customers.

Hopeless service I have parked my car with samara Honda mayapuri for insurance repair when I handed over vehicle advisor checked everything was working fine but when I came to collect my car the music system display of my car is not in a working condition and their was some bubble, the best part is the floor manager mr tushar is not having any answer he suggested me to get this repaired from out side, but it's more than 3 days my car is with them and they don't have any answer to my loss, finally I am trying to reach honda as they may help me. I think this is a pure irresponsible dealership as any loss or damage happens at their place needs to be taken care by them, I am facing lots of trouble due to this. Worst service ever by any of the brand car dealership.

I went there to get my WRV serviced on 23.12.20 and unfortunately left mobile charger plug in the car. Any of the staff member stolen the charger. Very bad experience be carefull.

Service Engineer does not involve at all in the activities. No supervision by the service engineer, only customer has to interven in activity being done by the technician. He is behaving like mute spectator.

Very poor service by the service station Mayapuri. They charged me 10k for the servicing of my Honda City but delayed returning the car in time inspite of tall promises by their supervisor, Mr Manish. External servicing of the car was so poor that we had to send the car back to the service center. When complained about the same, service manager had the gall to advice us that he will get the car washed at our residence. And this after you pay 10k for servicing. Anybody's guess now as to the quality of their internal servicing. Sorry to say but this is what we are capable of doing to a six sigma Japanese company. Can somebody help me in getting this across to the Honda Principals. Also guess what the service station reps hounded me day in day out to send the car for servicing and when sent this is what one gets.

Been to 3rd Honda dealership. And only one i can say is the best true to Honda values. Advice if your looking for any honda car service highly recommended. One basic problem courtesy honda asked 1800+ GST just to diagnose a car under warranty.and SAMARA honda gave me quick 10 minute fix for and didnt even asked to pay a single penny

Poorest service. Agents like Manish Rawat fool the customers. Don't know how Honda gave them service center license. These guys did nothing while my honda city service and charged me an insane amount for doing nothing. Not even cleaned the car. Strongly recommend not to visit this service center. Worst experience. Honda should cancel their license.

In a way nearly all authorised car service centres intend to fleece the customers but some are not even good in car care. As here I am stating about Samara, so I will tell about it. I stayed with the car during service process this time few days ago and I was totally dissatisfied with the work. I got changed only oil filter and engine oil as nothing more was required to be changed. But I was not happy as no other point was even touched by the mechanic. I paid less than 1400 for products and more than 1600 for labour. This was utterly bad as we pay so much of labour only because we trust the centre that all things will be properly checked and oiled and inspected. I was told at the time of booking of services that basic things will be checked besides the replacement of items. But sadly nothing was done. Later they tried to convince me that other things were also checked but when I told them that bill doesn't show this and even otherwise I was beside the car all the time, then only they realised it. So it's not about charging more, it's about sense of serving people properly, where they failed badly. If you get your vehicle serviced here then. Take things in clear terms/writing about what they will do and if possible keep an eye on you vehicle about what they actually do. I will not go here again. I loved delight Honda service but sadly it has closed it's service centres.

I had a wonderful experience with this service center. My car was managed by Mr Shyam. I must tell the management of Samara Honda that he is an asset to your company. Maintain him. He gives a personal toch to whole issue of servicing of a car which is a purely business relationship.

They give complete solutions for every single problem you’re facing with your car.
The pick up and delivery time is totally prompt. I would recommend Samara Honda to everyone who is willing to buy a Honda Vehicle in the near future.

Have had a very bad experience yesterday. Staff was not at all listening and was very rude infact. They were so busy that they don't have that much time to check the vehicle before finally delivering it to the customer. And most importantly that even after escalating none of then still bothered about the complaint.
I was told that you will get a call back from the senior department but looks like for that also I need to follow up.

Service is good, but the customer needs to keep his eye open. Check what is complimentary, and what is paid. Else u'll end up paying unwanted amount.

If you feel like Getting your Honda Car serviced, just don't Prefer going at this Outlet specifically. They can't do even a Basic job like servicing the vehicle properly, I delivered my Vehicle in the Morning, and started receiving calls near 1700hrs, When reached there, My car was not even cleaned properly and they just wiped the vehicle in front of me. After Taking the delivery I realized how dirty the Car was from Outside and they couldn't even clean the Windshield and interior properly. Pathetic Service experience overall.

Pathetic service third in a row, everytime the car is delievered its always unfinished, the car was given to me two times just cleaned from outside with tons of dust sitting inside, thirdly I had given my car after an accident and they did more damage the door was not leveled the mirror replaced was loose the doors side rubber was completely out and car was delievered after a week still with these flaws and a fresh dent, they therefore promised that it will be mended the other day and noone showed up till evening and you keep waiting which shows heights of unprofessionalism, Therefore never ever will I give my car here.

These people are habitual cheaters. Damaged my Amaze's suspension when I didn't agree to renew my warranty.
Also replaced my new Brake Pads with a set of used ones.
Service Advisors present themselves as Managers when you try to register a complaint and even when you somehow manage to register a complaint, they will give a missed call and update the complaint status as " Customer did not respond".

People need a lot to learn taking into account the Customer satisfaction is concerned. Good than Maruti dealerships but still the wow factor is not there.
