(Narayana workshop) It's reputation is diminishing. I asked the technician ritesh kumar that I shall take 10000 km ride in next week so check and do all the required repair. But when I received the car evening I found two window rubber seal was gone underneath and other two are worn out. They were damaged when I called him he replied. I asked why it was not replaced, he replied that it is not available but assured me to replace by next day at my residence but two days passed no replacement done none informed me about the failure

Service manager Mr. Binod is arrogant, useless.just to please his service AVP Rakesh Gadru, that he is running the business profitably he will misguide you, bill you 20000 for a work of 200, just like if you have headache and you will go to samara Honda naraina, they will start your brain surgery. Don't go there, worst people. I request management to remove him immediately. Actually both are dacoits. I have never seen people like binod and Gadru

Associated with @hondacarsindia since last 20 yrs and visiting this service centre since last 10 yrs, earlier staff were very use friendly especially Mr. Nabin shah, the new service manager binod is very arrogant, Today what happened, I decided not to visit this service center again. I request owner of samara honda to remove him as soon as possible otherwise it will effect the business gradually.why someone will tolerate his arrogance after paying thousands of rupees, when I complained Mr. Gradru, he arrived at the premises and started Lipa poti of the entire matter. I wish to speak to owner regarding his misbehavior today & will also write to honda to take action this service center. My vehicle no.is DL 4CBC1975, DL10CP1749, JH01BS3553 and 4 more. Can't post my no.on social platform but every no. Has my no.in service center, if the owner wants to talk he can call me anytime

Service is not satisfactory at all. Infact after service and feedback is equally worse. Mr Ritesh, veh service coordinator promised for revisit and complete cleaning of car once I raised the issue of poor service standards but never reverted back… totally disappointed and unprofessional by the Brand Honda

Sent my perfectly working honda car to them in January. After service overheating problem started coming up very next day. They damaged some parts during a routine service. Since then they have taken my car 4 times to the station, everytime they replace some random part and charge me extra for it but my car is totally unusable since past 8 months.

My car was serviced there recently. Quality of service is so poor. After this service, ride quality has become rough whereas it was better before sending to their service centre. There are many unwanted noises too. Never expected this quality from authorised Honda Service centre.

After every full service.the very next day vehicle breaks down.and when then they ask to changer this part and that part. "why cant you tell all this during servicing". Simply poor.in fact poor is un understatement.this has happened at-least 3-4 times

Ramesh ji is the man because of whom this service centre is running well.he is always on his toes for all his customers.very sweet amiable and decisive.best service center of honda in entire delhi.

The workshop at Naraina is close to the Naraina fire station and opposite to police station. Connected to metro station by e-riksha. Many eat out and PVR to spend time. There are separate but small lounge's for owner's and drivers with free WiFi. Customer care is good and service was excellent and timely. This is my first experience, recommended for visit.

Limited functionality at this place. Not well versed with CNG equipment, in fact they do not have a tools to service the CNG system. Specifically in an era which promotes car with clean fuel, one must equip themselves for CNG fitted vehicles in all its maintenance related areas.
