Poor servicing, never visit this workshop. Mr. Bhupender (Service Advisor) behaviour is extremely unprofessional and rude. Management of Samara kindly have a look, escalate the same to Honda Motors (Noida)

For 30k kms service they told me get fuel injector cleaning, throttle cleaning and what not. When I asked Honda service representative why there is a need to do all this he replied” your car may breakdown one day in middle of road”. I complained to higher authorities but no one replied me back. Never going back

I get a minimum of 10 calls in a day from Samara Honda, Mayapuri from past 2months, to inform me that my car service is overdue. From the first call on I’ve been telling these girls that I’m aware and will get the car serviced when I feel it’s required. My car is not used much and it’s maintained well by me. I will only get it serviced every 6 months only. But these girls, without fail still keep calling multiple times in day. Every time I repeat the same and every time they tell me they will update my request on their system. It’s so annoying and now I’m losing my patience with them. My car is important to me and I know when it requires service. Calling again and again does not make you a good service provider.

Please do not buy and get car service from Samara Honda. Samara Honda is zero percent customer centric and only profit making. I visited 3 times to there place and every time I found them very unprofessional. They hardly understand or listen to your problems.

It is a pain to deal with Samara Honda. If you for once, send your car there for servicing, they will start bugging you with endless phone calls, whatsapp messages and text messages every day. They do not understand that customers do not want to be disturbed again and again and again for no reason.

Staff is lier be careful before you buy any car. They will tell u smethng different when you book the car, but once you booked it staff is not responding and tell you lots of lies. So guys be careful dont buy any honda product from mayapuri choose another showroom

I have been a loyal customer of Samara Honda for years. Recently I got my Honda City serviced. I had been messaged that a Camp was on promising various discounts. When I got the bill I felt cheated. Other Honda dealerships are offering a better package. My loyalty was my mistake. Never ever

Beware! They are thieves. I recently sent my car for repair to their workshop. When I got it back, I noticed that my music system has been changed, it's serial number was different. When I complaint, the service guy there named Vicky Shakya, immediately called my car back, and changed back my stereo. But in all this process he destroyed the touch screen. This is malicious business that these guys have going on in their workshop where they take out parts from cars and then sell them to other people for some money. Even the relationship manager Tushar is involved in this thievery. Since he did not even listened to my complaint.

Warm staff with strong knowledge of procedures, paperwork, etc. Making your experience delightful. Speed to delivery.
