Very useless service center, I have visited 4 times, I have changed the jack once, even then I am facing the same problem.
1) I visited 1st time service executive said to me prblm in charging jack but part not available you fix it after two days.

2) When I went for the second time, I was called that the part has arrived, you should change the jack, when I reached the service center, they said that the part is not there.

3) when i went 3rd time there she was told that jack may be liquid now it may not be under warranty if that was the case why wasn't i told earlier. The answer of the service executive was that it would not have been there then, now it is there, then it will have to be charged
Even after paying the money, the same problem is facing.

4) The same problem was coming even after getting the jack changed, when I went there, this time they dry my phone jack and it works some time fine and same prblm fasting again.

5) Now I genuinely said all customers please don't go this service center and don't by any samsung product.

Located on the first floor. Service centre is good, Behaviour is also good. I visited recently to repair my Galaxy Buds 2 which was in the warranty. My buds were replaced without any cost within 2 days.

I came here at 1pm and was given verbal token no 36 and was asked to wait, for getting my phone's battery issue as it's not starting since last night.
It's already 1.38pm and have not been attended, hardly 6-7 customers all getting restless, almost 9 counters with staff, surprising.

Bad behavior I will specifically name 2 employee varsha Kapoor and a guy named shahvaj. The whole service centre is filled with non competent illbehavouring people. They will talk rudely, will quote higher, and try to do minimal work. They tried to give me my note20 without taping it together it fell apart in my hand to which they claimed it was like this when received, mind you its a flagship top of the line phone. If you have to come here because of some emergency, do bring a few people to get your work done because they wouldn't cooperate.

So use less service center, It is better to close this service center.what is the use of giving so much salary to your staff.
The staff doesn't corporate at all.
The problem that you go to get fixed doesn't get fixed, 10 more are fired in it.

@SamsungMobile i purchased the samsung flagship fold 3 Mobile, A display error came in very few months of using that device, i visited the service centre of Samsung. The strength services which is placed in laxmi nagar, new delhi. The staff behaviour was so rude. When i share the issues i am facing with the gadget, the concern person made the job sheet without sharing the info and make the warranty out of my device, when i ask about, they start miss behaving, my only concern, is this worth it? To buy your flagship phone, and facing these kind of service from a very Reputed company.

WORST STAFF/SERVICE, staff are rude especially female ones. Don't even purchase any accessories from here. They all are faulty. Even if they stop working during the warranty period, the STAFF directly says NO to your face.for repair or replacement by saying it is scratched or not as new they gave you.

They provide such a good customer service and staff behavior is very good.
I get best service than other Samsung service center.

This is totally useless service center, they ask to pay money even your phone is in warranty, even parts are also working properly only software issue. If you say to them I will not pay, return my phone they return without proper packaging and mark your phone as out of warranty, without providing any information they would mark your phone out warranty and return your phone without proper taping.

Very good repair shop. I went there in the morning so I didn't have to wait long also. They gave me back my phone (whose charging port had to be changed) on the same day.

This Service center is completely fraud

Do not avail any kind of service. They will take your phone, remove parts which are working fine and then demand 80% of phone price as reparing charge by giving any random reason like Motherboard has to be changed

They remove Camera and replace battery with a faulty battery from my phone.

I was shocked when I received my phone. Dumb reason that they give me is phone battery starts swelling 1 day after I submit my phone to them

I will raise formal complaint against them in Samsung and will take them to consumer court if needed.

I have excellent experience here as the customer service executive Mrs varsha kapoor is very helpful and supportive.she is very humble and full of knowledge. Thanks samsung specifically Mrs Varsha and Mr vinay.

They have only one solution for any type of problems.change mother board of your device.

Token services are available and sitting arrangement are also available, employees behaviour is good

Worst Service Center-Strength Services. It is requested to all please do not visit this service center. They are over-smart and sometimes over-smartness make big losses

It is a service centre for under warranty phones, for phones/accessories out of warranty, it is a shop selling its product to you. If some small fault is there, they will replace whole system instead of repairing the existing one. Also dont forget to take your old faulty equipment because they will repair it and sell it to someone else quietly

The service was totally flawless. If you want to get your things done fast then you should book an appointment from their website and everything will goes smoothly ad you'll get an excellent experience

Visited today regarding sound quality concern of my buds 2. After firmware/software update still not found sound quality upto mark. I requested for replacement as it is under warranty. Mr. Dheeraj Thakur (+919711166496) (so called centre owner) refuses for replacement. The behavior is not professional and polite. Very sad to see how can samsung appoint some unprofessional guy. I purchased buds 2 of amount 11000 for sound quality which i don't get. No more words to say.

Its good, but now services getting late and taking little more time (may be because of too much rush) but overall experience is good.
Employees are friendly

They are good service provider their way to deal and attend to customer is great. I suggest to all whoever wants to repair their samsung device and accessories must have to visit to this service center.
