One of most worsed service Center i have ever seen in my life never going back they are scamer they don't provide bill even if u are replacing a part in your product instead of helping they will fight abuse and there are very rude. Plus there's is boy named himanshu who will damage your product so that they can earn some cash he broke my screen guard for no reason worth 300rs and they are saying that it was already broken and even after showing them photo and video which i clicked n recorded there a min ago before handing the phone they didnt admitted nor changed my screen gaurd. Plus they didnt resolve my issue don't go there they will damage your product in such a way that u will not notice immediately but when u will they will say they didnt do it ask u to change the whole thing plz don't go there instead go to another service Center not this one.i have seen 2 more poeple fight them for similar reason.
I had a charging problem in my a70s, they repaired it and bill of 1700 rupees was charged. They said next time if you face the problem it will be from motherboard. After a month i faced the same issue again and went to this fraud service center. They inspected it said motherborad needs to be changed worth 11000 rupees, So I went to local shop for the repair and issue was in charging jack. These people are just fooling the customers for some money and not providing the quality service. Such a shame on brand like samsung.
Very pathetic service, Misbehave, wrong information, totally fraud, jabardasti galat information dete he or pesa banate he don't recommend, not go for it
This particular service centre has a good service. But I had to wait for 15-20 minutes before I could get my turn and that too a few people went before me. The staff was kind about it and they apologised as well. I got my problem resolved very quickly. Overall it was a good experience
I want to give a big ZERO but didn't find any option. I would say never go there if you want to save your time, money and effort. Reasons: 1. They have only two options either to change the display or the motherboard. As they being the costliest part. 2. No bill will be send on whatsapp 3. When you ask them to show you the problem they will say it happens sometimes, but we can't show it. 4. Staff specially Gulfasha is so rude, looks like she owns the company. 5. They charge you more than other samsung stores. They have international pricing. Lastly, just wanna add that there are some good service centres as well. Besr of luck.
Worst service and Management, My S10+ screen break and I visited this Ashok Vihar center for replacing my screen at first they told that, I will get today evening or tomorrow but next day they told that screen is not available you have to wait for next day, On next Day when I asked when I can get, they replied that they have to check and they are not sure when screen will be available. BAD BAD service
Samsung Serivice Care executive services is excellent. Samsung care repaired your device witihin time limit and i am very satisfied with samsung authorised service centre.
Inexperienced and knowledge less staff. Didn't know about my query. I went there for back cover for my phone. The customer care people had confidently told me that same would be available at service cemtre But there they refused that the covers are not available here anytime
Phones are bloody electronically unstable devices, my opinion, my S10 just went dead beyond recovery, but atleast Praveen the senior techie + Gulashfa on the customer desk tried every possible measure and kept me updated. Lost a lot of financial data but their efforts were commendable. 5stars for hospitality and effort
They have worst service. It should be shut down. Mr Arun Tyagi has no sense of talking with customers.service quality is very poor. They breach the data from phone. First they ask pin for quality check and then they login ur social media apps. Personally happened with me.
Worst experience. At the desk they behave as rude as possible. Like who the hell are you why should they give service to you. Don't judge by only my comments you should visit and experience it.
Slow service. They asked me to pay to get warranty extended but said they will send the bill via email. That did not reach even after 5 days had to go and collect
Phone went to Safe Mode after updating the software. Problem unresolved and service center is saying to resolve the problem in next 2 to 3 days. Let's see.
Worst service center. They don't know how to talk to the customer even manager and staff behave rudely, if u make the complaint regarding the service and they started behaving rudely and tell bunch of lies regarding the phone.
I had very bad experience with center she didn't check my phone & saying motherboard of your phone is damage & submit Rs. 8500. I requested her please check once than tell me issues. She saying i m facing daily same issue so don't worry pay Rs. 8500 as your phone warranty expired.
They always have a perfect excuse that server is slow.they use customer's hotspot for internet.very slow.they asked me to w8 for 2 hrs jst to repair charging jack.when I asked them to give me my phone back the executive said sir ho gya repair, just 5 mins more.
Pathetic service attitude. As if they are doing us a big favor. Not cooperative at all. The sardar ji over there thinks he is the boss. These guys are runnong their own shop under samsung service center.
People were helpful and they try to solve my problem although the tissue that was related to my phone didn't solved completely and I was given a device to go to main Centre that is Okhla to get their problem bitterness from my phone but but frankly speaking if this could have been resolved only on that store that is Ashok Vihar so that I would have given it up Thumbs up in 5 star nutshell I am giving three stars for that what I have received
