I bought a mobile phone in which I discovered a manufacturing defect.
I went there for replacement bus they refused to replace it they said this defect is a common defect and this problem comes with every mobile of this. I am very disappointed by their service. Guys I would never suggest you to visit this service center.

Great experience. They replaced my power button in warranty period. Quick service. 15min in and out of the service centre.

I gave my samsung tab to get its screen replaced here, when i got it back, there was a small dent on it's body, which possibly occur while opening the tab and when i complained about it, they are clearly denying that it's happened from their side and that blaming me for it. They are ensuring things on the basis of their engineer that "ma'am we asked our engineers and they are saying it's not done by them". My question is how can they be so sure of them, without even a proof the theif will never say that i have stolen right.

Samsung service center good place to repair your phone, only if you know someone there, if you don't they realize you why you buy Samsung phone and come to repair hear, all responsibly is your even if ther are repairing your phone, data corrupt, screen blackout, part damage while repairing. This is what happen with me first they blame me, shows consequences of repairing data corruption and when I approach with reference service center head I this kamal (sikh guy) come forward and repair my phone without any problem.

I went there to replace my j7 pro screen.initially i went to janakpuri centre but they kept my phone for 2 days and then said that we cant replace it as its impossible but when i went to this centre, Mr Anmol coordinated with me in a polite and peaceful manner and also assured me about my screen replacement and within 1 hour, my phone was ready. Thank u mr. Anmol and the whole staff.

Completely unreliable! Replaced the original motherboard of Samsung A 23 with broken one. Should be avoided to visit.

Best Samsung service centre. I visited 2 more Samsung service centres of my area which were very bad so i decided to visit it. The staff is very cooperative, they listen to you and tries to meet your demands in every possible way.

They offer very high rates and sometime dont take responsibility of part got damage from them while repairing.
They can negotiate with them.

All staf have good behaviour and they can give proper attention of each and every staf.

Freindly staff. Good service. 5-6 operational counters for resolving issue. Takes genuine time to solve problem except on weekends basically. Both hindi and english newspapers available to consume the time.

Good helpful staff plus they know what they are doing.not just another service centre with untrained staff.

Wrong address updated. The lady who answered the call was reluctant though shared information that this has been shifted to metro pillar 333 in Moti nagar
