I went there to get my samsung s 20 fe screen replaced. Service was very good and prompt it took one day to get the part they called me once the part was available. I went there, and they replaced my screen within 2 hrs successfully. Service center was not crowded, so my query was resolved quickly. It is situated in Pacific Mall and it generally looks like a samsung experience store but it is both a service center and an experience store.

Do not park you vehicle in service lane otherwise it was pick by traffic crane park your vehicle in authorized parking othervice you will have to phase unnecessary tensions

मैं Samsung care 2 महिने मे 4 बार गया हूं क्योंकि मेरे tab ka display निकल रहा था
पता नहीं वो कैसे बनाया लेकिन वो समस्या अभी तक सही नही हुआ हैं जबकि मेरा tab अभी वारंटी मैं हैं l
मेरा इस samsung care के साथ बहुत बेकार experience रहा हैं l

Worst experience ever. Staff is not friendly especially Mr Ansari has not given any reasonable justification for why tab is not working and unnecessarily shouting for asking questions. Non cooperative staff. I would recommend not to go to this centre. Only solution they are telling is to keep the mobile 3-4 days irrespective of any problem.

Why you are not taking action by checking review here. You are saying everyone to msg on whatsapp, Only then you will look on this otherwise you will not take any action

Also write procedure also and simplest way to Lodge complaint or send review so that it will be noted and resolved

Lazy staff
Only 2 -3 technicians are available for customer attention

Visiting since many days but still they don't have stock for my mobile Charging jack

Need to be more attentive

Also I asked for job sheet they refused can't provide job sheet to out of stock product

Worst experience ever. Even in a pan shop you will Get better peoples. One employee (Rakesh Kumar) counter no. 4 try to scam me for the 2nd time. He scammed me previously by misguiding me and gave me a unwanted scheme which is useless, in the name of repairing which actually cost zero rupees. Again he was trying to misguide me and try to scam me. Even if you go to this center don't go to Rakesh Kumar, he is a professional Scammer.

I am going to Service center. My A30s screen flicker so he receipsionist tell screen replacement and total cost is 7000 thousand. It's a big amount of repair.it's Much better than purchase another company new phone. Very bad experience samsung Janak Puri Service center

Don't take appointment they entertain you anyways. I had to take leave from my work because of their slot timing.they till yo book an appointment and then there will be slots which will jot suit you but still its your phone you will take it. After I reach there I realised that it was just a glim to harras people.if you have taken an appointment they will keep you waiting & serve the walkins.

Worst experience. All cheats done to people here. Go for warranty claim and they give you illogical stories just to void the warranties and ask for money. All crooks. Do buy samsung and atleast dont go to this place.

Pathetic service. My new A51 mobile got hanged with black screen just after few days I bought. They said it would only be repaired. I also got to know that many users were facing same issue with this A51 model. So I asked for a new one but they refused and provided the repaired one.now I am out of warranty period and mobile is again hanged with the same issue.and they will delete all the data as they did the same last time. Will ask to everyone not to buy samsung mobile.or atleast avoid taking service from this service center

I went there on 11th of August 2021 after taking online appointment, they asked me to wait in waiting area, after 2 hours of waiting they informed all the customers that Internet is not working.
Then I came here next day and again they asked me to sit and I waited for more than 4 hours just to change a data cable.
Pathetic service, worst experience.
Gonna social this exp on twitter or on Linkdine.

We visited this store on 24 july and we were asked to come next day with online appointment but when we reached next day with appointment the executive told us to wait for an hour after waiting for an hour he told that we are short of technician so deposit your handset for a week but he told us the estimate without examining the handset his behaviour was very unprofessional didn't expect this kind of services from samsung so i request to everyone please don't waste your precious time to visit this worst service center

Ai have given appointment for today 15 aug from 1000-1100 hrs nobody is there at this place and online store is open from 1000-1600.
I have wasted my 2 hrs here.

If this is the service then stop making people fool update store is close so people will not waste their time

Needs to do some improvement for public support. Management is absolutely worse. Public dealing skills are negligible in the employees rude and ignorant behaviour. Engineering taking too much time for any work. Avoid going there

You can get your phone repaired in this Samsung service center that too with fast service. And the staff is friendly, understands your problem And fixed my phone within an hour.

Luckily, I haven't faced the rudeness from the staff but experienced the same with other customer during my waiting time.

They provided me the correct cost estimate i.e INR 4500/- and returned the device within the expected time of delivery of handset i.e 3 days. After the screen fix I felt that the receiver speaker is not working and the same also got fixed on the next day by Mr. Chauhan for which they didnt charge a penny for fixing receiver speaker. Although, it took 4 visits in 7 days, but experience was good.

They charge INR 180/- for the inspection of the device if you don't get it repaired from here. Following are the key take away from my side: -

1. Dont bring your 4 wheeler due to parking issue
2. Never park your 2 wheeler outside the premise otherwise it will get towed.
3. Always carry some cash in hand before visiting as they may ask for advance in cash only
4. Always book your appointment online. If you are coming after 11.30 am without the appointment, there will be very less probability for getting the appointment due to crowd. If you have two device for repair then book two appointments.
5. Air conditioners might be off and due to current COVID situation, experienced less sitting space in the center. You may have to wait standing at staircase area or parking area in queue
6. Carry your device invoice or box
7. Be patient- expect atleast 40- 90 mins for your turn
8. Speak gently to staff, otherwise they will left no room to spoil your whole day by shouting at you. I think they should know that staff should talk respectfully irrespective of customer speaking tone.
9. Always carry your handover slip with you in the next visit/s

Location in a residential colony, when just across the road is a huge commercial place- the Janak Place. Secondly, the online help center didn't provide it's phone number or the working hours, the result- when I traveled all the way to this Center, they told me flatly first book an online appointment, then only they will attend to my service request! Talk of customer-friendliness!

They will make your under warranty phone go out of warranty and try their best to mint money from the customer. I won't just recommend going to another service centre but also not buy Samsung handsets.

Horrible experience, rude employees. They want to take their words at face value, logically question them they turn rude. Saw 3 separate customers having literal fight with them because of their inappropriate behaviour.they think like inke ghar se samsung ka samaan bik raha hai. 1 star is also too much. Pathetic people

I had one of the most horrible experience at this service centre. The place is filled with careless people who will misguide you till the end and are not willing to except any fault of them or the company. They are trained like this I believe, but are not smart enough to justify there point. I had bought a new phone Note10 lite which is quit a higher end phone and there was issue in the camera quality which was so down. They Initially told me there is some software issue and will check but later called me 5days after and told me that your phone camera is replaced totally and you can check as we havent done the quality analysis. Later I went there sat for 45min and when I checked there was same poor quality pictures coming from it. I was so disappointed and told them to take there time and only call me when the issue is completely resolved. 2-3 days later they called me again and told me that your brand new phones Screen has been replaced and we have tapped your phone and you can collect it. I felt so helpless as my new Samsung phone was already opened within a week and screen with camera was replaced. When I interacted with the counter person who was dealing with this issue, as what was the real issue actually was he told me there wasn't any issue from the beginning and in order to just satisfy you we did changes to your phone. That was a very foolish explanation which I believe no educated person will buy. But anyways finally my camera quality was upto the mark.

Impressed with the quick and professional service. Good job done by the service centre. They make sure one should not wait longer and get serviced asap.
