Samsung Service Center

I would give this company a zero start if I could. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST. These people ruined our new Samsung fridge and when we called them to fix it, they were extremely rude and unprofessional. Please avoid this company!

Not very co-operative to carry out the mobile repairing work, which l got it done in much less amount from local market.

Took over 1.5 months to arrange one power supply for LED TV.twice it came defective from brand. Even after waiting for so long they were unable to arrange the part. My 2 year old TV stands dead. Poor judgement by technicians to identify defects & lack experience in handling & assembling parts. Rather get you TV repaired outside. Irresponsible, Insensitive & Uncompetetive Service.

One of the wost service centres till now! Dont know why samsungs do ads so much when they cant afford customer satisfaction!
