Samsung Service Center

This Samsung service center is very useless, their service is very bed, the phone do not do well and keep calling the customer again and again so that customers will come will come again and again and keep payments. I took my phone hare to get it corrected.

Very impressed with your best service ‍? Samsung I lived in a beautiful paradise for about 6 years, full of excitement, love, and friends. Everyone around me was all kind and caring. They have given me tools to grow by nurturing me in an unstoppable manner. The time has come where I finally start seeking for independence. I mean, I’m only 10-years-old but it is good service centre they don't judge you by your age good spacious ac not working

STAFF WAS NOT AWARE OF SMALL ISSUES. I TOLD THEM MY PHONE IS UNDER WARRANTY THE SERVICE EXECUTIVE TOLD ME WE WILL HAVE TO CHECK IT AFTER PHYSICALLY OPENING THE BACK PANEL OF THE PHONE IF THERE IS SOME SERIOUS PROBLEM OR ELSE YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR IT. I TRIED TO TELL THEM THAT THERE IS NO PHYSICAL DAMAGE BUT SHE KEPT ON INSISTING IT, SO I DID NOT GET MY PHONE REPAIRED FROM THIS CENTRE

Worst service center.go if you have lots of time and money to waste.very costly.they won't give u respect.bad experience 26-09-2021

Most worst service center. They will not even submit your phone even after 500 visits. Worst staff. Specially ek choti si kali si ldki. Bhot gnda bolti hai customers ko. Worst behavior. Zero help. Zero listening to customers. Hardly deal with 4-5 customers in day. And their querry is solved after weeks. And rest 50 people just wait and get back to their homes. Only visit if you have extra time to waste. Or you want to make fool of yourself. Personally visited 2 weeks continuously. Then i got my phone repaired from sonipat service centre.

When the LCD assembly fails within service warranty, the staff refuses to take responsibility for their own work.
Worst service centre ever!

Worst customer service experience ever.
No one is wearing masks.
Their female agent are behaving rudely.
No proper time management.

Worst, worst, worst.

Love it but the system of centre like ladies first. 2 hour wasted for get the information of which documents needed for chang the data cable of my charger

POOR PLACE. POOR SERVICE. POOR STAFF.

You Don't feel like Samsung care, you feel like some government department.

First of all they dont have any engineer.
Their excuse all the time is that there is no internet connection.
They have 0 knowlg of anything.
Staff is not coprative.
They just want to get rid of you any how just dont want to help.
