Samsung Service Center

As my Samsung device has some defects and I had serched for Samsung service centre. But this place is not a service centre. Don't be fooled.

Too much waiting time, didn't solve the issue, still waiting for their call, more than 3 days have passed.

There agents just said that this issue was coming because of 5g so you have to wait till the 5g was launched properly in whole India till then you have to face this issue

This Service centre is a center of loot. They told me that my phone mother board need to be replaced which costs Rs 6300. But a local shop repaired it in Rs 200. Samsung M series phones are substandard quality.

Was facing some issues with new phone. They keep you waiting. Then got a call on the alternative number, if it is in warranty. It was. They didn't repaired the phone.

Very good place for filling petrol. Very fast and quick filling. It is very good. CNG facilities also available here which is very helpful for environmental conservation

Thefting the parts from the devices.
Please go for some relieble service centre.
If the mobile is less than 10k then it is fine.
Do not repair any expensive mobile

Unprofessional and untrained Staff and Rude Behaviour towards his Customers. They Don't have the basic Hygiene that How to Speak with customers on call. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE

First they refuse that parts are not available, then I ask them to give me on writing.
Then they will say we are going to check the Mobile first, taking at least 2 hours to change charging pin, and said it will be chargeable because liquid inside, but it was repaired past one month.
Samsung phone is loosing its customers because of this types of harassment in warranty period.

Worst Samsung service center till now. Customer satisfaction is zero are and they don't even care about the customer complaints and listen to their problems.

Service center is good located in first floor of the building.
And staff is generally good
