Poor working process, you are not able to contact them over calls, only they will call you whenever they want only for once, and if that time you were not able to receive that call then you missed the call and after that you will not receive any call, every time the clear tell that they are different from Samsung, they are not able to help you with anythings, purchase anything from Samsung all you need to call to Samsung service support online, they will not diagnose the product in a good way. They have many excuse of another level. Just don't go there. Even If needed.

Worst experience. The guard on duty was very rude in behavior and pretent himself as the in charge of rhe service centre snd he gives the Verdict that the cost is this much to repair vand not even allowing to meet any service person. My experience was very worst.
Samsung can't handle customer very well. Poor service, poor staff and poor service station. It's better to get service from local area. Charges are higher, service is poor.

It is good infrastructure inside in first floor. Polite behave and good things is that. Whatever They explain to you. It would be clear and cut. Second thing is that your mobile will be repaired in front of you not in behind curtain. If you are dignosising your mobile phone so You have to pay170 R's only but if you are repairing your mobile nphone. So no need to pay 170 Rs. It will not be included in your bill.

They are 100% scammers, I bought samaung flip 2 in January, then display not working. I went to samsung service station in ohkla. I share my things to him (Devender), he took my mobile and went inside his technical room and mark one stamp damage and later told me you have to replace display and it will cost 40k. I mean they are looting people like anything.

Pathetic service I had purchased samsung A32 15 days back ago and I visited in this service station two times but my concern not resolved and waiting time is so long so I will not recommend this service center to anyone.infact I would not suggest samsung to anyone.waste of money and time.

High Waiting time and Not provided well service by staff and always ready for only Change to Mobile Hardware. Very Bad there is No mean of Repairing. Only Changing Hardware. Very Bad. Only Structure of office is good.
I gave my mobile it was doing hang while using I deposited on 29/10/2020 and as per the executive he will inform me 1st October but still I m waiting his response and I m trying calling several time no buddy is taking call this type of management and employs will destroy the Samsung images. Pathetic response
The staff is rude and the centre is not easy to locate. They take a lot of time to get your work done even if they promise you to repair or replace your device. Please note, that the repair work cant be done on a cracked screen phone if you want to get something else repaired in the phone
New office is a mess. Very congested. For premium phone just one counter. Took 1hr waiting to get my turn and guess what this was the situation when I was the immediate next person in premium queue.
Very bad experience. Never go with samsung product. They made me visit there for more than 2 days for same problem For the first day i told them the issue. They told me it will take just 1 day. But after 3 days i visited there. And what i found that they had not even touched my device They updated software in front of me. It was just 20 min work. And again They asked for more days to repair it The device is TAB S7 I am going to make complain at upper level. It took more than 1000 rupees to visit service center via OLA.
Very much disappointed with service. I will surely gonna make complain to upper level.

When my mobile was in warranty one problem occured that was with the charging jack which was not charging the mobile they solved it very nicely and said it happened due to dust in your charging jack and we've cleaned it.but same problem came after 4-5 months but then my mobile phone was not in any warranty so they said that we have to change this charging jack.they should done it when this problem occured first time and my mobile was under warranty that time
