Samsung Service Center

Very good staff and Engineer but the location and office infrastructure is not so good

Wrong number updated, while calling on given no person replies it's wrong number

Only one engineer in the service centre to handle customer and very poor service.

Not good. Staff is not polite and transparent at all. Diagnosis and Repair charges are sky high

If there is zero rating option possible.give it to samsung service centres.

Very bad staff and staff is very bad behaviour and very rude behaviour with customers please take action against to your staff

The service was good, waiting time was less, only that the time of delivery was deferred to next day.
