This is personal experience never ever go smart cafe for puchase, just go for demo. They always tell you very high price like tab s8 online 52k and they would tell you around 75k. I visited many smart cafe samsung everybody tells very high price of very product i asked about.

Service center need to know basic knowledge how to talk. If u don't jave an answer to a question, u don't just disconnect the phone.

Best staff, they are so polite and humble. Listen your problem properly, and don't rush. Peace full environment, and i like the service too. Keep it up.
