Great store, my goto store whenever I want anything Samsung! Love the experience. Was assisted by Mahesh, explained everything clearly, great experience!

Yeah it is okayyyyy I looked this place because I wanted to buy gadgets form there! Although I haven't visited that place yet.

The store is big enough to have customers on its 2 floors where they can experience the products and interact with the employees comfortably there, the staff is helpful and cooperative enough to assist you with your queries regarding to their products. It's better than most of the samsung stores in Delhi NCR.

It was a nice experience throughout the purchase from this show, Mr. Nitin is a very nice person and a professional guy, recommend this showroom to all you.

Sometimes offline buy is good. You can feel the device at your hand. They give us corporate discount, discount on card etc. Which was not available online (corporate discount).

Selling fake tempered screen guards. Paid 2500/- for one (tempered screen guard of Samsung galaxy note 8) which lasted 2 weeks and then the glue came off and the screen guard couldn't stay on phone anymore. Went to the store asked the staff to replace it which they did after some conversations (which were not meant to be happening) and a period of 45 minutes. Guess what? The replaced one also lasted for 2 weeks and the glue got bad (never tried to remove them by self). So eventually paid 2500/- rs for screen guard which stays for 2 weeks. I regret on my decision as I live next to Nehru place and I could have got the same quality for 200/- INR. Got my lesson. Don't fall into shiny store traps. I feel cheated.

Excellent samsung showroom and all samsung phone's or accessories are available and frenidly staff.

Bought a new cell phone and the store employee Pooja was an absolute gem. She helped my father through his selection explaining all the features and even got us discounts with the Samsung reward points.

Worst Samsung store you can ever visit too. These people doesn't have any sense of responsibility towards their customer. Either they'll just say that the device is working properly or they'll just destroy your data without even verifying the backup. I don't know how such stores can operate on a region where flagship models play a big role in their sales
