Pathetic attitude. Very rude behaviour. He knows that he is the only one who provides fancy dress in the area, hence behaves rudely with customers. Would have given negative stars if option was provided

Very rude owner. The matter is not regarding bargaining as has been replied by the owner in some of the reviews. It's about the integrity. Owner deliberately gave a product which did not suited our requirement on the promise that he will not charge money, while on returning he charged full amount saying that amount has to be given as I have taken product from his shop. This shows his cheating attitude. When we argued, he started abusing and talking arrogantly. I agree that the shop can fulfill all types of fancy dress requirements but his pathetic attitude towards customers is a big let off for visiting his shop. It's a strict no go zone if one don't want to be abused by the shopkeeper.
