The food items available here are good and fresh as there are always a bunch of 6-8 people enjoying tea and snacks here. The owner of the place is also very polite.
The only problem I found was people smoking all over the place. For non-smokers, it becomes a little difficult to stand and have some snacks.
I have gone there multiple times myself and enjoyed different food items like paneer patty, stuffed kulcha, bun butter etc. It was all good at minimal pricing.
