I had placed an order on one plus product and only received one product.i called the customer service for Sanfe worst experience.the agent was rude and kept saying I can’t see the offer and you won’t get another product and disconnected the call on my face. I called back 27 times they never responded the product received was also not sealed and had less quantity and this was a worst experience.

Hands down, the worst customer service. Haven't experienced such irresponsible nature of service.

Practically, i should give only a half star.i m trying to track my order and that's not happening for the past 2 days. The customer bot service is a total disaster. Zero helpful.

Really bad experience very bad packing and they send product parcel without customer name and really late delivery it was a very very bad and dispointing order.

The brush is very good quality with soft bristle. Worth the money. The brush has a sturdy grip and is gentle on hair while use. The bristles give a good massage/stimulation to the scalp and does not hurt at all. Easy to handle. Soft and firm no deformation. Not scratching on scalp

This brand has really good products ranging from feminine hygiene including intimate washes, pantu liners, sanitary pads to skincare range of products, glow clay mask, Niacinamide serum shots for removing excess oil from skin, glow cream, perfect skincare routine and are easy to use with amazing fragrance, chemical free skincare products

By looking at your reviews i understood that the major problem is your delivery service, the same happened with me. I placed an order 12 days ago and have been waiting but the order was cancelled on its own. You guys really have to work on your delivery services. Apart from that your products are appreciated all over the country so i don't doubt at the quality of products. It's just that when we are so excited for the product and we never recieve it that's quite disappointing.
I hope you can understand our issues and rectify it as soon as possible.

The experience was very good, they connect with customers very easily and the behaviour of the staffs are also good.

I was so amazed like LITERALLY, this exceeded all my expectations and that was such a special moment for me cuz stuff rarely exceeds MY expectations.so ya see, this is really good stuff.like the real deal.

It's awesome. Comfortable and easy to use. Goes good with sensitive skin. Battery life is okay but that's not a problem considering the efficiency. I was thinking of purchasing this product from a long time and I am very happy with the purchase.

I started buying at 1 month ago. They really work and are awesome. Thanks for the lovely products.
