One of the world class multi super specialty Hospital with two branches in heart of the National capital.

I took my wife to this hospital on 7/12/22 for suspected fracture in left hand because I had lot of faith in their orthopaedic department.
Very unprofessional doctors now. Senior Consultant advised multiple fractures which would require insertion of steel plates and hospitalization of three days.
During stay in Emergency room, team billed me around Rs 4000 for various services including registration. All receipts and documents available with me.
Their NEW Speciality hospital was deserted and Ironically next to a cremation ground!
AVOID THIS HOSPITAL
Consulted another Dr who said it's a simple fracture and set it with a cast. After three weeks, cast was removed and her hand is perfectly normal.

महाचोर हॉस्पिटल ओर डॉक्टर और स्टाफ, आज इमरजेंसी में गया वहाँ 2 डीलर टाइप डॉक्टर मीटिंग कर रहे थे किसी भी मरीज की कोई चिंता नही, बस अपना एजेंडा की कब कब मरीजों को बुलाओ ओर कब कब मत बुलाओ यह मीटिंग इमरजेंसी में हो रही है मुझे स्किन प्रॉब्लम थी, एक डॉक्टर आए और उन्होंने 7500 के टेस्ट लिख दिए जिसमे डेंगू ओर टायफाइड भी लिख दिया ।
कुल 10 हज़ार के आस पास खर्च हो गए लेकिन 1 दवा नही मिली और न ही कोई सलाह

Apart from lacking with the latest technology. Staff, the doctors and their attitude and humility is suffice for a patient and the attendants to heal themselves in a divine way. Sant Parmanand Hospital takes full care in that aspect. Special thanks to doctor Aman Rohtagi and doctor Shekhar Srivastava and all the staff nurses to save my grandmother whose 94 years and was going through infection in whole body. It was nothing short of a miracle. Hospital with rules and regulations is just a hospital but Sant Parmanand is far above them.

Dr. Rajesh was so good. He was always available for his patient.either by his or on calls.he was never been like not taking calls in night.all in all my mother is fine.and i am very much grateful of dr rajesh sir.

Worst experience. Hospital staff and management is working really bad. Every time we take appointment to meet Dr. Arvinder Dang and her staff always do goofup with our reports and schedule. Even after a confirm appointment we have to wait for 3 to 4 hour every time. Totally sarkari attitude and way of working. If you complaint they will say share your feedback on mail.

Hospital is good, Dr are really good and helpful but staff is worst.

The most unsatisfactory treatment in this hospital. We booked an appointment and was told we have to wait more than an hour even though we already had an appointment. There is a great need for the staff to understand basic English and know better what appointment really means.

No masks on tha face of nurses in icu, no shoe cover outside the icu. Only heavy charges in the name of icu. No hygiene.

I am certain if you want to expedite near death trauma and uncertain medication which may lead to I'll health or side effects after treatment then this place is for you.
Staff and security is unaware of protocols and not helpful.
Only interns available most of the time in emergency cases. When in need of a specialist or senior doctor they don't respond timely and let's not even talk about bad services for the price they charge. Overall bad and poor hospital.

I don’t recommend Dr. Smita Gupta to anyone. She just know how to ask you about her consultation and leased bother to even examine you fully and listen to your problem. I have been going to her for ENT problem. She never examined me the way one doctor does. I don’t suggest anyone going to her.

Worst parking experience no parking space for patients guards are soo rude dont even allow to park car inside hospital parking

Huge parking issue, the whole parking area is empty still their staff wants to park our car on road saying that only doctors can use this parking. They are not concerned about the situation of the patients they are just after our life to go and park the car on the road. “you don’t got space outside you should better wait for 10-15 mins but don’t come inside with your car”. Almost Everything in this hospital is donated still it looks like not more than government hospital, no maintenance no proper treatment nothing.

Poor experience. I think this one star is also great review from my side.coz they don't deserve this.nothing is professional here.they don't judge the person for their work.they spread rumors about the staff.no one is responsible here, everything is explained after u ll ask them.they don't explain any protocol, rule, regulation, policy at the time of interview.no one is professional here as they don't give u any prior information to u.they just complain and exploit the staff.and salary is not according to the work they want.

I had c sec by Dr. Sonal bathla & Dr. Shalu jain. They both are well experienced. I just want to say thank you for safe and happy delivery.

The hospital might be good but the gyne department is too below the expectations. Atleast 2.5 hours of waiting is a minimum this. Even then the doctor just meets you for like 10 to 15minutes max.

Located next to civil lines metro station.
Service provided by the hospital are good. You can also attended OPD in morning and afternoon private OPD also.

I was hospitilsed for severe loose motion and vomiting case under CK JAIN &. BK AGGARWAL. They didnt even come and meet me once. Earlier they told me we have one room availibilty at 1st floor then they shifted me 6 beded ward which is full of mosquitoes are there i dont know how patient will survive there. After 2 hours of admission they send me food of (daliya + moong dal + custard) they dont even know about my case F&B boy is asking me whether your are diabetic or not. F&B people doesn't cordinate with diatician to know what kind of food they hv to give to the loose stool patient they hv given me daliya which is rich in fibre. I asked sister to call your F&B manager she didn't.moreover meanwhile Dr rao came and roaming around and went out i was waiting from 8pm to 10-30pm to start my treatment i asked sister when dr will visit she said (wo to chale gaye subha aayenge) what kind of visit is this when you hv not visited to patient. Before admission they took the whole money for next 2 days.
They are behaving like we are from ESI or Some CGHS panel.
Then i asked to give me discharge they said you have to sign the responsibilties papers why would i sign you are giving wrong food, wrong treatment & mosquitoes bed to the patient why would anyone sign responsibilties papers.
At all the floors they hv lords murti and DAAN PETTI (Money collection box) to fill that boxes with money

We met Dr Atul Agarwal for treatment of my daughter, His way of handling patients is excellent and so soothing that the patient feels immensely confident about recovery. It was my son's Corrective Ostotomy and MPFL reconstruction. Dr. Shekhar explained everything in a very easy manner to my 17 yr old & build a comfortable relation with him, before the surgery. My son trusted his doc completely and was very calm before & after the massive surgery. I must mention that hospital staff, nurses everybody was very polite and helpful. Only discomfort we had during our 3 days stay was that kitchen did not serve something as basic as tea to attendants, which was quite weird, coz they did serve meals. Rest everything was great.

No parking space at hospital, Police cranes pick vehicles & patients persons faces trauma due to this. Costly treatment if compare with near by hospital.

I was admitted at the hospital for knee surgery. The hospital is very professional quick in terms of taking care of the activities required for the treatment. Overall a very good experience.

The staff was very caring as well as cooperative. They did a good job. The food quality was good, every member of the staff helped me, they made me feel comfortable when I was not felling well the physiotherapist was very good and co-operated with me with her help I am able to walk. I was admitted to Sant Parmanand Hospital for ACL reconstruction surgery. From treating doctors to nursing staff, everyone has been very helpful, kind and compassionate towards me.
A big thanks to all the nurses who were available 24x7, understood my situation and showed extra compassion as I was in a lot of pain.
Rooms are clean and food is also good.

I never want to go Sant Parmanand Hospital, Shamnath Marg but i give 5 stars on the name of Dr. CK Jain & Ms. Kahkashan Khan, Bhawna (Nurse). They both are Gem of a persons. He is very intelligent Very humble too good. My mother was admitted for a week. Ms. Khan used to come every morning and she takes care of every small things. Mr. Jain explained everything and guide us on right path. Instead of being money minded he guided on the right way of treatment. Kudos to his team for their services and thanks to Ms. Khan for the support.

Sant parmanand hospital is very good super speciality hospital.all the staff have very cooperative, highly well qualified doctors.and good nursing staff. I am satisfied with their service.

-Never Recommend anyone, better to go to near by govt hospital "Aruna Asaf Ali"they are treating in a better way without taking any fee.
- SPH Charging 800/- for RTPCR but simply having horrible experience even after payment.
-Patients are waiting since morning and covid collection opened after 10: 30am
- RTPCR samples were taken in over crowded areas
-The behaviour of the covid sample collection was highly unprofessional seems like, they are doing any charity and treated patients like beggers.
-Not changing gloves/sterilization after each sample
-In their pharmacy also Paid 2 times for syp Alex but when checked after reaching home, found one missing.simply loot

Hospital is well located. It has various departments like Medical, Gastroenterology, Neurology, Cardiology, Nephrology etc. It has well equipped ICU with good facilities and qualified doctors. There is a big Hospital Pharmacy, operated by Sanyog. Parking is good but not sufficient for cars.

Please for god’s sake, stay away as far as you can from this hospital and do not bring your beloved family members to this awful and horrendous hospital. My biggest mistake to this date, was to go here, thinking I will receive appropriate care for my father. They are rather “killers” than “doctors”.

My father was recently admitted to this hospital on December 15th. He had weakness and had trouble urinating on his own due to minimal body control. On the first day, the staff did numerous tests. I was responsible for obtaining countless overpriced medications, some which even had no purpose. I was shocked to see how the staff, including Dr. Chetan Kuman Jain, behaved with my father, as if he was experiencing a critical life-threatening disease, even though it was a simple case of weakness. The NCV test caused a sheer amount of pain to my father and his condition continued to deteriorate. The doctors should have kept in mind that a 39-kg person is unable to handle these kind of invasive tests. My father, who just 2 days ago, was relatively mobile, now had trouble even lifting a muscle in his hand as he soon became unconscious. The doctors then forced to shift him to one of their affiliated hospitals whose per day charge was triple than Parmanand’s. The doctors also mentioned how my father had heart problems after 5 days, with no valid proofs or cardio tests being done. I figured that this hospital’s sole focus was to literally squeeze money out of our pockets with inhumane behaviour and poor healthcare treatments. I got charged 1 lakh rs and quickly took my father to another hospital. Now, after unintended weight loss and exhaustion, my father is on bedrest and is at the worst physical stage yet. I don't even know how long or if my father is now capable of recovering appropriately. All thanks to parmanand, he is experiencing life-threatening conditions. Our family has suffered greatly knowing that due to all this, we are scared of his well-being because.

It's a very good Hospital specially in orthopedics field. Shekhar Agarwal visits the hospital who is a specialist in Knee and Hip replacement. It's just outside the Civil Lines Metro station. Staff is very helpful and polite.

I have done my pregnancy ultrasound from the hospital. It was conducted by Dr Randeep Kapoor. It was level two scan.he just gave 5 to 10 minutes time and made a very short report and also an incomplete report. My gynaecologist said most of the markers he did not mention in the report.his behaviour was rude too without any reason.it was highly unprofessional. I did not expect this from the hospital which has good reputation. I don't recommend to anyone.

It's a multi speciality hospital and the doctors are there very qualified and experienced thay did there job excellent but the rooms are not up to the mark the hospital overcharged housekeeping staff are totally useless. My gallstones surgery was done on 30th Dec 2 noon but nobody was there for patients diet till next morning 31 Dec.im highly disappointed with Sant Parma and hospital.

This hospital is located near civil lines metro station.if you have any insurance policy or government panels like DGEHS, CGHS, then you can opt this hospital for treatment. Otherwise this hospital is very costly for middle class and poor people. Infrastructure is nice and premises are neat and clean. There is a parking lot structure inside the premises of hospital but limited parking available here.so parking is a big issue here.

My husband got fistula surgery two months ago room charges was 3500rs/day and that also 5 bed were there. Its was general ward. Room was in bad condition. Hardly one nurse was available that also so much over occupied with the file work. Unable to treat patient. Doctor one time came to see my husband and charged 2400 rs instead of 800 rs in my bill when I complaint one of the document Incharge he was telling me if you do not pay the amount that would effect doctor's relationship with you. Same thing happen when we visited to doctor he misbehaved and his behaviour toward us was cheap. It was painful. My husband had Surgery having problem in part where surgery had done but doctor just wanted to avoid now we are moving to another hospital. We suffered with the ill behaviour of doctor. Loss of huge amount of money and time.

Lab tests are very highly costly, opd is Rs. 150/- person whose earning is less than 1lac, avoid to visit this costly hospital

My mother was admitted in the hospital for a minor surgery time duration was 24 hours and hospital wasted my 24 hours more just for doing formalities.doctor said surgery will be held at 11 o clock but actually surgery was held at 4 pm now on discharge day staff says you’ll be discharged at 12 noon but we were waiting for their completing their formalities till 8 pm evening. Nothing is good in this hospital this was my first and last experience

Although hosp.is in easy access being on main road but the Drs here are not very good it is not like max or fortis.it feels we are in govt hosp.parking here is a big problem
