I think It's only a encroachment in ridge area in name of ashram. Maybe I am right or wrong. Officials should look at the matter and take strict action on it.

Lovely place to regain peace of mind. Entry is always free and vegetarian healthy lunch is prepared and served on a daily basis. Squirrels, birds, cows, dogs, and several herbal plants and flowers decorate the positively charged atmosphere inside the premises.

Calm and serene spot in the ridge area near karol bagh at Vande mataram marg near famous Tall Hanuman mandir standing g on the round about. One can meditate, pranayaam etc.and can purchase variety of authentic and effective herbal/ayurvedic medicines, books, calender and whole lot of rare items related to perform puja. Rare Peepal-Banyan combined tree is a special attraction. Peacocks and Peahen also roam around the fencing. Washrooms condition is dismaying.

I had gone there to give medicine to James who was going to UK. This place is nice, quiet and so many people who were their serving whosoever had visited the place. I bought some products there as well.

The environment is really peaceful, one can go there for meditation.
There are a lot of sadhaks (disciple) over there almost whole day, everyday, the great atmosphere attracts a lot of peacock over there, if you visit the place on a cloudy day you might observe the peacocks dancing around opening their feathers to full, that scene is amazing. People visit there to take blessings of their shree Guru Dev sant Asaram Bapuji.
There is a small ayurvedic shop too in ashram ground, people enjoy the freshly prepared Prasad 3 times a day, there is Sandhya vandan everyday over there, the place is really amazing and must visit, it's just at 5 mins walking distance from Jhandewalan metro.

It is a peaceful place hidden inside the jungle area on the road to Karol Bagh but visited by a lot of people. Has a very big satsang mandap, shops which sell Bapu's memorabilia, books and other products. People move around piously inside the compound though Bapu is not present here and not any obvious control is there.

There are also places of worship inside the compound as temples of various deities. Overall, it's a place for peace and prayers.
