The driver that santram has alloted took us to Rangnath temple only in Vrindavan which is not included in the details mentioned by the package. He gave us a guide and the guide took us to a place and made us believe it as some trust. They scammed money from us and now I realised that it’s fake.
What kind of service this tours are offering to customers? This is worst experience i ever had.

During Our trip to Manali, all of a sudden the driver stopped in the middle of the road and asked us to Gpay immediately though we made on time payments for the first two days despite the fact that we had no signal there. The contact person named Tarun's behaviour was very bad, and he responded rudely.

When travelling to Manali - Driver stopped the car on the highway and demanded immediate payment even though we were making payments at the end of every day. We had two ladies in the car and it was a very tense situation since we didn’t know the city. We were also asked to pay more than the agreed amount. There was no signal there but the driver refused to move the car. There was also a crook by the name of Tarun that was very unpleasant over the phone with the ladies. The driver also took additional money from us for accommodation and tolls despite us having a message that said toll charges were included in the price. Overall this is a fraud company and this Tarun is a crook who deserves to be jailed.

I had to give 1 star to post this review, if possible I would give it negative rating.

We had Himachal Amritsar tour with Santram Holidays. They provided excellent cab service with affordable price. The cab and driver was very good. Would definitely a one stop solution for booking cab around North India. Thank you Tarun, for the way you handled our journey from beginning to end by collaborating all time and providing very good driver. Higley appreciate.

Worst service. Very greedy. I had used their cab services from chandigarh to manali for a week. Had paid an advance of 3k even before I left my home town. They sent a schedule of payment and a temporary plan which they assured can be changed as per our requirement. The driver was initially good and we took good care of him by providing a place to sleep along with us in the same air bnb but wen we suggested a slight plan change of not doing shimla but return to amritsar a guy named Tarun became very pushy and kept demanding money. Also he never understood our requirement in the plan change he acted as if he owned the travels and also tortured the driver too which the driver reflected on us.we had been to kasol on one of the days and driver reused to start the vehicle at 4pm until we paid the money for that day. With 2 ladies and incessant raise we did not appreciate this. Also after that Tarun kept tracking the driving which we felt intimidating. Being in the hospitality industry for almost 13 years and having handled such people I think the companies staff have no manners, no concern for guest satisfacguestsnd guest conduct. We over paid for this trip by 7000 (for the days v never went to the designated places) and paid an additonal 5500 for our plan change. The company on reading this should have the basic courtesy to refund my 7000. In case there is not update, my people snd I will take this up in social media.
Please do not use their services.

We hired their car. Innova crysta car was not comfortable for us, particularly for the back seaters.

Its a wonderful experience. Cab also cleanly maintained vechile and Tour package also best deals. I strongly refer to santram holidays.

Horrible Service. Took a cab from Manali to Delhi. We we reach Delhi the driver suddenly wakes me up and says that you have to switch the car as someone else will take you to Delhi. Bad experience. Unhygienic cars. Will never use their services again and won't recommend you to use their services as well

I hired a cab for 2 days from santram holidays.
1st day - Delhi to Agra visit and same day return to Delhi. I booked a sedan cab but due unavailability they provided Ertiga car, It is really good thing manged very well.
The driver name was Rajesh he was very helpful for entire trip.
He explained very well in all aspects.
2nd day - Sightseeing in Delhi.

Want to give zero rating. But no option that's why gave one star. Yesterday went agra for one day trip. Very worst experience, car was not in cleaned condition and they didn't filled up gas and didn't check the air also they wasted nearly 1 hr in this after that the car was heated much and ac stopped working again wasted 25mins to make it cool. The drivers behavior was horrible very worst, he don't know how to speak with clients, he continuously gave order y this place? Y don't you pack food for dinner etc etc.will never suggest for anyone. My opinion tours planned for memories, I dont want to remember this trip.

Never believe on this agency about booking has confirmed because they will refused to provide the services at end moment even token money deposit

Mr. Kundan and Mr. Madan Singh from Santram Holidays were extremely professional, courteous, helpful and proactive. I will highly recommend their services to everyone whoever is coming to Jaisalmer. I had a gala time here and hv made many memories. As a single lady traveller I felt super comfortable travelling with these two.

It's a request. Kindly avoid driver Dheeraj. He was late for 2 hrs. We missed Agra fort because of him but were charged full money. He was very ill behaved and didn't even give one toll gate money.was even ready for police chase.and didn't allow to play our own choice songs. He was even forcing to give good ratings. He was overspeeding in Delhi at all times except Yamuna Highway as there were cameras. Thanks. Arpit

It was great experience. I was visited last October with my wife. She also like the services, the staff aslo very helpful. We enjoyed our holiday. We suggest people to try Sangram Holidays.

I had a great experience with Santram Holidays, the trip was very well planned and executed by Mr. Udbhav Arya. The services provided by the agency and cab driver cum our tour guide i.e. Mr Bhupender were amazing. I will never forget those 4 days in Himachal and strongly recommend all to plan your weekend or holidays with the company.

I went with my parents. They were very happy with their amazing service. A day well spent. Wl surely recommend to choose them.

Had booked jaisalmer stay n desert safari thru mr. Rathore.it was managed very nicely with a very courteous staff for a very pocket friendly price.he had customize it to our needs n wants.very happy with the service n arrangements.

The cab was not at the airport at the appointed time of 6.30am and some excuse of a traffic jam due to a truck break down was given by the travel agents though the sleepy driver himself asked me if my flight has already landed when i called him at 6.30am. My advice after my most horrible experience is "DONT AVAIL OF THE COMPLIMENTARY TOUR GUIDE". We got Keshav, who could not speak english and he completely ruined our Taj Mahal experience. He didnt know anything about the Taj Mahal and all he was interested in was how to get commission from sales. He controlled everything and did not allow us time to even sit and enjoy the Taj Mahal for 5 mins. We had to eat at the places he chose, shop at expensive emporiums and buy snacks from a dishonest shopkeeper who I happened to see, pay him Rs 700/- in commission from my purchases. To cap it all, after all the run around he gave us, we only drove past the Agra fort and no time for anything else! I give 2 stars for Sachin, the good driver and the good sedan car that was provided.

We coordinated all our adventure for Jaisalmer with Santram Holidays from the first contact, we noticed the interest for the client and the quality of customer service they have, that says a lot about this company.

Our stay in Jaisalmer was great, the first night we spent in the city at the Sanjay Villas Hotel, the super comfortable room and clean bathroom.
Here we included a city tour to understand a little more about the history of Jaisalmer.

The next day we went to the desert where a camel ride excursion awaited us to end up appreciating the sunset in the Thar desert. The night was spent in Rajputana Desert Camp a very comfortable tent hotel with all the comforts of a city hotel.

No doubt Santram Holiday made our stay in Jaisalmer very simple and comfortable.
