We are highly satisfied with our representative, Sahil at Sapphire Hyundai. He has been very supportive & was available to our queries at all times!

Charged me 21000 plus for servicing of Hyundai Creta, changed whatever was required to be changed (filters, oil etc). And mileage fell! Fell by at least 10% of orginal. Creta had done 35000km before servicing by Sapphire.
Then they offered me car perfume to placate me. Adding insult to injury. Terrible experience. Best not to go.

Awesome staff specially would mention about Manpreet Singh who not only resolved the issue at the earliest we were facing but also was very helpful and humble.

Very Bad Experience.

Unprofessional service, better to visit some other instead of got cheated. 5+ reviews are also there because their internal call center will force you to share the better review in front of them but reailty is something else.

Visited thrice till, got two times negative response.
They said it's a small issue you can go to next nearby center. When I visited with having genuine issue they replied will see will check!

Even Managers including customer support and services support don't have call to ask the respective person to check and share the status.

Overall i personally experienced this, kindly visit accordingly.

My overall experience at Sapphire was very bad. I went there for an accidental repair. The staff was very manipulated at workshop, they will not take care of your car, first they spoil your car and then they tell sir don’t worry we will clean all this. They will not deliver your car on time that’s for sure.

When it comes to rating they will be ready to do anything you ask but the way they will give u excuses u urself will say leave it don’t do it.

Uploaded my car photos and nothing is repaired in these parts.

Very Pathetic service and unprofessional behaviour with poor customer service.
Even don't have idea to understand the concern. Best in making JOB Card and invoice but in terms of technical services are negative.
Not even ready to check the concern if customer requested them to check and share the possibility.

Don't have same wordings, customer support us saying something else and service manager is saying something else.

Mr Vikas Kuhar attended me and guide me for my car purchase. Mr. Vikas kuhar is the best staff of sapphire hyundai and very corporative too and passed my loan within 3 days and next day he delivered my car on time. Poor service and regards for customer. Had given my car for AC service, got delivered a dirty car with mosquitoes and cockroaches in it on delivery (didn’t even vacuum the insides before delivery), plus a piece of hardware was missing from the car (windshield sealer). Poor response from the service advisor.
Please don’t give your car to these people, they don’t value their customer or relationships.

Not asking for customer consent before processing
Even for free service they charged more that paid service Rs 7000+ for free service
dor routine awevice they charged Rs 22000+
Never recommend anyone to opt this service station dor free or paid service

Behaviour of Mukesh ji is very good but I m not satisfied by body shop work because of major difference of paint and bumper not adjust properly, during the work scratch the sides, washing is not good

Excellent service experience & best service by the staff, specially with their advisor Md. Shafiullah Khan, He has a very decent behavior, knowledgeable & owned every task and his duties.
