I was very disappointed as a tax paying citizen of India. It is the most useless hospital. What is the use of an eye specialist if you don't even have proper eye power checking machines? Don't know if the machine is just for show. I was asked to come after a week when I can be examined immediately and later when I came, I was asked to visit some private hospital to check my eye power. I think people here are definitely working in collusion with private hospitals and don't want to serve people. I hope the government takes action against these freeloader staff in the hospital at least the ophthalmology department.

Not available more facility in more departments and most medicine not available and doctors given a small slip to write medicines for purchase at market more department referred to most patients at under center govt hospital

And here i am standing in sunlight from more than 1/2 an hour

Very unprofessional service given here. People come here with lot of expectations and hopes but all types of facilities - emergency admission, doctors, queue system, everything was disorganised. Concerned Authorities should take strong action on this

Nice hospital but, the medicine what they give to patients are not useful because mostly the expensive one they don't give. Better to go RML hospital, which is the central government hospital and the doctor's are highly specialised. Not like Delhi's government hospital.

Very bad hospital and staff too. The guard push the old people badly and Too much crowd.doctors are very rude. They don’t have manners how to behave. Education is important but i think they will teach first manners and good behaviour.

There were so many facilities for patients. There all doctors and nurses was so careful.

A small but hospital with highly recommended doctors Pathology & Dental department are the best

Very bad service in hospital.today in Tuesday (14-3-2023) i will come in hospital for treatment but still no one doctors are available at 11: 30 in hospital room no 124 and i will try call his help line number but no buddy have pick my call.there many pasent are waiting for the doctor at last 2 or 3 Hours. Hospital staff also not informed to us what time doctor are coming at the room.

Good but if service will be faster than people will also suggest this hospital for there treatment.

Delhi Government hospital catering to Delhi Government Employees & residents, & poor. The hospital is having Emergency, OPD, X. Ray & other facilities with qualified Doctors for Medicine, Eye & Orthopaedic, etc & also testing & vaccination facilities.

Free everything.
Even medicine and tests are free.

Longer que and hence wait time can be large.

Here approx all the test, near about more than 200 test available, some test are blood test, sugar test, urine test, sperm test, X Ray, etc

Medical store of the hospital located inside the hospital premise at 1st floor.

Test done in morning till 11/12 and result comes next day at 2pm, but if you urgent case / emergency case your test happen earlier (if there many people in queue) and your test results also be come within 4 hours of your test done.

In emergency case in the evening, your test results comes within 1/2 hr
Eg. My friend platelets report comes in only 25 minutes in the evening emergency case.

In this hospital facility also available of vaccine, corona vaccine all types available here like covaxin, covishield each 1st dose, 2nd dose and booster dose also available, you reached there at ground floor of the hospital.

Toilet cleaning 4 star, Personally I give.

Overall, one of the best government hospital in the Delhi.

Few years back i used to stay opposite to this hospital i had a burn on my hand from an electronic rice cooker, it was a very high temperature steam the pain was unbearable, i went to the emergency ward i still remember the doctor laughed when i removed the cloth since he was expecting a life threating burn! Pathetic behaviour, such behaviour is not expected from doctors, if you can see the patient is crying should you laugh infront of him/her? Totally unprofessinal.apart from this all other visits here have been smooth and fine including vaccination

This is third class hospital, My Accident on 11 July 2022, But Operation Facility not available.

Want to see the doctor, no problem, almost all facilities are available. You can get medicine within 2-3 hours.

I went there after an accident but no one was responding. As you all can see this is the hospital emergency department image, no coordinator was there to send patients inside or ask for any help.
Only one doctor was available there who was sitting inside and checking patients, so unprofessional and needed improvement.

I called the complaint number 1031, as they said that I can't file a complaint against hospital amenities, if a doctor is not attending a person they can file a complaint against the doctor.

This Hospital does not even prioritise people who have urgency.

Room no 112and 80 (doctor's behaviour) are very bad.they have no manners how to talk with patients.

It's a government hospital. It has facilities for a variety of treatments. It caters to hundreds of patients daily. It has multiple COVID-19 vaccine centers on campus. The staff available at the vaccine centers are not helpful. They don share genuine information with the patients. They don't help the patients. Moreover, it seems they misuse their positions to inappropriately favor their known persons or the ones they wish to in exchange for some favors. This creates chaos among the people standing in queues for hours waiting for their turns and develops a sense of being cheated and a negative impression of the government on their minds.
There shouldn't be any favorable treatment for the people adopting foul ways to get vaccinated instead of following genuine queues like others.
I think this should be taken care of by the authorities. There should be surprise visits at the centres. Also this should be verified by sending surprise visitors in civil dress.
