Very poor service i am facing. Even the extended warranty is not being entertained. The complaint system does not work.at least 25 no.of times in last four days i.e. From 09.05.2022 to 13.05.2022, I have dialed to Sargam Electronics but in vain. Beware of purchasing the goods on extended warranty in future.

Most pathetic outlet for electronic item. Making fool of people. They give electronic items and says that they will give free service for a time period, but then they won't attend your calls. Totally money minded. They need money for each single thing and are liars

Worst after sales service provided by Sargam and Digicare. They sell you extended warranty and later they don't pick your calls. Very bad client handling skills by headquarters too.

They do not provide after sale service at best. Never pick up phones. Please do not purchase anything if u want good after sale service. They just loot your money.

It’s a dinosaur in digital age.

What stood as a prominent Multi-brand white goods outlet has been reduced to a sorry state of affairs. Right from trying to enter the store to the floor where the desired home appliances are displayed, you’ll be made to feel ‘why have you come here? ’.

The display is sparse, the staff uninterested and cannot be bothered, and prices inflated, and deals non-existent. Having no bank deals is completely unheard of and on top of that, when you quote a price listed above that is mentioned in the manufacturer’s website, it’s your cue to take your business elsewhere.

I can only assume and hope for their sake that they have listed their business on e-commerce platforms and thus do not need brick and mortar store any more.

Visited this place to buy some home appliances. I have gone to this store after a long time. Few years back Sargam Electronics was one of the leading store on Delhi. You would get the latest appliances at very competitive rates.

But sad to see now the way this store is managed. The sales guy was trying to convince me that there are only 2 brands of chimney in the market which are worth it (just because those were the only two brands available with the store). These people don't realise that the customer has become very aware now and such false statements will lead to not trust them with the products they try to sell you forcefully.

Even the price at which i was getting deals through other vendors in the market was also not good here. Would not recommend this place for buying electronics or the least you can try is do a market research before getting anything finalised from here

This is the oldest shop in this area.my father use to buy all electronics from here.lately we went there however sales men and staff in genral gotten very rude and don't even show appliances you ask for. Bad experience. Never gng there again.

Ambiance and Atmosphere of the store is very good. Superb place for purchasing Home Appliances and Digital products.

I had purchased an AC from this store and when i went again to put GST no on invoice, they denied it.

When I visited them. They have a limited no of electronic items available on display. They always have a lack of shortage. They should have to consider a better management regarding availability of products at their store. Otherwise Saleman are quite helpful.

Nice electronic store for consumer durable goods, on road with parking facility. Just opposite to Kohal enclave red-light.

Good store to buy Electronics. They give good discounts and provide competitive pricing as compared to other stores. The manager Mr. Anshul is very helpful and gives good knowledge about the product.

Thugs are there in this outlet, defective and overpriced article, never go for those articles which are boasted by sargam's sales persons.

I have been visiting this place since last 9 years and found it a good place for electronics. The store is quite big and good collections of electronic items. In recent years i have purchased multiple products from the Sargam. One stop solution for all electronic items. They also offers great deals, sometimes better than amazon and flipkart, and quality of the product are also good. The staff is well tentative and knowledgeable. Specially Dilip ji is very good and quick at service. I highly recommend this place to everyone

SARGAM electronics pitampura offers a wide varity of make and models of electronic items. Mostly receive good discount on purchases. Staff is trained and cooperative. Purchasing from here since 2010.
Today bought a SONY LED TV at 3K lower than price offered on Amazon. Also get additional 2k for my old non working LED tv.
Sales person Mr. Anuj describes me in detail and helped me a lot in choosing.

Bought a Sony LED 49" at a very reasonable rate but the product quality is absolute poor and within 1 yr the sound went off and service engineer visited to ratify it which again created the same issue later.
It makes me believe, to some extent, that product sold at low prices from such places at times could be of inferior quality or with some manufacturing concerns.
If a brand like Sony, for which we pay premium, has such quality issues then why one should for this. It is advisable therefore to take extended warranty when we buy from such stores.

Great electronic products in all divisions (T. V, Mobiles, laptops, etc). The shop provides valid warranty and guarantee to its customers with many surprising offers.

Dont buy anything from them.we bought a TV worth Rs. 1.5 Lacs of Samsung and within 3 months its mother board was damaged. They will force you like anything.just checkout the stuff and dont share your number with them. Contact me if you need pictures.

Kept on trying to sell a Samsung TV and was ready to offer upto 45% off from the listed price, which was a red flag as to the quality / originality of the products

Third class service. No staff to entertain customers. Manager seem to be lethargic. Zero customer satisfaction. Completely disappointed.

I think this is the worst Sargam I have been too. There are 12-15 sales executive in a floor, standing idle, giggling and having the time of their lives. None look interested in showing products in dealing or anything.

I wouldn’t recommend this particular branch to anyone.

Just bought Bosch washing Machine Today 25/10/19 on Dhanteras 7kg front load WAK2426SIN and they have delivered a damaged piece. Let's see how soon they gonna change it.

I have been there to enquire about home appliances. Previously I have been there to purchase a phone and TV.

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED with the after sales service. I purchased a lot of electronics from the store including the top end model of Samsung TV and Samsung Fridge and was told that the Installation will be done as per my convenience. Due to some delay on site the time period exceeded the expected time. I was NOT told there is a certain time period for free Installation. On asking them to bear the Installation charges, since I had no information about the charges, they agreed. But when the on site installation was going on THEY REFUSED to pay the charges. I am a professional. I would make sure I bear any charges for any trouble caused to my client because of my incompetence or fault. ALSO MENTIONING THAT THE INSTALLATION CHARGES WERE. 25% OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE ITEMS WE PURCHASED. READ THAT AGAIN PLEASE -. 25%.

I am an Architect, and they lost any opportunity of me working with them in future and any other Architect on this platform and every other professional who I come across. Sargam will get a very negative feedback from my end, always.

I bought a 1.5ton ac from there and it's leaking heavily and nobody is interested in helping the customer by sending technician to look after that problem. Worse service

I h purchased split ac voltas a tatacproduct from sargam kohat enclave with gst bill.in 1 month i m completely fed up from company services nd sargams after sales service.in 1 month i registered approx 15 times on customer care.on every complaint executive came and told me please contact sargam for more assistance and sargam care told that plz contact company for further assistance i m not able to understand why sargam is selling out dated nd expired products to seller
I suggest u guys please buy products on sargam on ur high risk of money bcz they dont sell genuine products.

Companies r not liable of any sargam products which they r selling they give u only service if any electric part is not working they charge u, no warranty no guaranty is availble for sargam products.

I went sargam i was looking for water purifier.sales person is very co operative and giving me best service.

Very pathetic experience, no staff to attend, never vist this store. Please very bad experience I ever had.

All electronic appliance available here. They can deliver also. If your purchase in combo then you should bargain.
