I edited my review here because setuation has changed now, I bought a AC from this place with extended warranty (previous name SARGAM) but now at the time of complete they excused that we bought this place, now I'm going to soo Both of tham.
So it's my request don't buy anything from here, more good options are available like Vijay sales, Reliance, Caroma they're reliable.

Don't buy any product from them. There after sale service is pathetic. I have registered a complaint on 9/4/22 which is yet to resolve and each time I call them, they're like *Sir we are assigning this call to engineer* and even after 10 days I am yet to find a solution for my AC. A humble request, don't go for Sargam Electronics ever.

After sales service experience is very bad

I'll try to keep the review short and to the point:

1) They matched the price of the product with the best online price I could find.
2) The salesman over exaggerated the features of the product. I was told by the service technician that those features are not present in the washing machine.
In simple words - They lied about the features to sell the product.
3) DO NOT BUY extended warranty from this place for any product. Every product company offeres extended warranty at a much cheaper price and for longer duration.
They sold me 1yr extended warranty for ₹2000
And company offered me 3yr extended warranty for ₹3500. But i couldn't take it as I had already paid the ₹2000 at the time of buying.

I have purchased LG Front load fully automatic washing machine from its Rajouri Garden store in 2019 which was under extended warranty. This is regarding after sales service of this washing machine. I was facing certain issues while using the machine so I approached the concerned store and the incharge of service team took prompt action & resolved it.

And I would like to thank Mr. Tanmay (Manager/Incharge of the service centre, Rohini HQ) personally for taking up this matter as his own and resolving it in a speedy and professional manner.

The staff is ill mannered spc mr.ishan mittal, this person dnt knw the pice of led tv and said minimum price and then after 5 min they hike the price of led. Rude staff. Dnt buy from sargar Rajouri GD spc

Products are reasonably priced. I was expecting wide variety of electronics. It needs more diversification in all floors.

This showroom have good variety in electronics in different brands. You should be able to bargain well to get the best deal from them.

I bought oppo A15 today and within 5 hours my mobile started hanging. I contacted sargam they did'nt listen to us and manager showed a let go behaviour and was not serious at all.
Very bad experience
Rajouri Sargam have to change their behaviour and has to serve their customers in a mannerful and helpful behaviour.

I purchased 40 inch led TV which was detected having scratches on the screen when I asked for d same dey din't replaced it so plz don't buy anything from sargam electronics store

Pathetic service support SYSTEM. NO HELPLINE SYSTEM, Living Jurassic age. No tracking of unanswered, unattended calls. Don't attend calls before 12: 30 pm. Don't share problem reporting ticket number with complainer. No tracking of issue reported, no ticket ageing, no priority.

My name's Anurag Sharma and i wanted to book a complaint regarding the low cooling of Air conditioner, today i came across this representative Anshika, her Employee id that she told me TMCTMCS whatever that is, i want you guys to know how important a customer, if your Customer Representative is going to talk to me like she's Apathetic and not being empathetic, when you disrespect customer that'll be a loss for you guys not for the customer, in this era, there's lot more options one can go for when they're not receiving a good service, One good customer will tell 10 more customers but 1 Irate customer will tell 100, so teach your CSR to attend the calls by meaning of helping, haven't expected such cheap Customer Representative service from your side but i just can't help myself now then to bear your service but i will make sure that no other customer can go from this and people reading this review i say *DO NOT BUY THERE EXTENDED WARRANTY, I REPEAT DO NOT*
i had even tried mailing them but no response at all. Pathetic, wish i could give -star rating. They don't even deserve 1 star.
