Saroj Super Speciality Hospital

One of the most expensive hospitals in the city. They even charge more than other big hospitals like Rajiv Gandhi and Ganga Ram. They are not reliable at all. My mother was admitted to this hospital for her kidney issues and they didn't give her proper treatment and told her to shift her somewhere else. Even doctors are not good. My father ask one doctor to confirm whether they accept my mother or not. Beds are available or everything is ok. He told us yes you can come. After 2-3 hours he didn't receive our calls. Staff are not accepting our patient. They told us beds are not available, come later. They don't have enough seats for attendant to stay properly.

Big shout out to Ms Poonam and her team at the (CGHS) Panel desk basement. Very humble, helpful, patient and lively person who is very proactive in handling OPD / IPD registrations. They are crunched during OPD timings but never seen her lose her cool.

If you are coming for OPD please plan for an entire day. Doctors never come on time and they will make you wait for hours. Also. If you get hospitalized, they do not give you separate room. Their private room means you will be covered with curtains around you.

I have done my daughter CBC test here, According to them Platelate count is 31000/CMM, I also performed same test on another lab after 1 days, their result show platelate count is 320000/CMM. Further my daughter have not any disease/symptoms of low Platelate, सैंपल लेने वाले को बच्चे का सैंपल लेना नही आता। बहुत दर्द किया बच्चे के हाथ में।

और kids के सैंपल लेने के लिए 1 female तक नहीं हैं इनकी लैब में.

Even my two days old review is not appearing while all fake Good reviews of even one year are appearing. Hence it seems that not even TEN percent people are satisfied with the services. The review system is also totally deceptive.

Charges, room rent very high, customer service very poor, nurses very negligent and casual in their work, patient is left at the mercy of God, If some one points out deficiency in service, then to cover up their deficiency, they call the security staff for misbehaving with patients and their attendants. I am a customer of this hospital since last 10 years. But never so bad situation as now.

When I m shifted from ICU to ward I thought that nurses were good but it is disappointing that the behaviour of the nurses were very rude.

One of the best hospitals for all of your health care problems, with amazing facility, a team of trained doctors, a very well patient care personnel, hygienic surroundings, and all major specialisations under one roof.

Hospital is very nice and staff is very courteous. Service is good and prompt. Doctors and competent and very approachable. I will highly recommend this hospital to others in the area.

Just look at their so called 'Semi Private' ward, you'll wish for a general ward of a govt.hospital instead, Pathetic!

My father Mr. Sanjeev beniwal was admitted in neuro-5. He was having multiple infarct but the staff of saroj hospital really save my father's life. Dr. Jaideep bansal and his team was very good. Neuro staff - mahesh, sunil, mukesh and ruby sister was so dedicated staff. After neuro ward my father is shifted to deluxe ward, again the nurse kusum was amazing. And at the day of discharge the billing staff was very cooperative Mr. Deeraj, Mr. Devender, Mr.lalit and Mr.prakash. Dietary serives was good. Housing keep staff was again very dedicated and kind.
I am very satisfied and extremely very happy.

The hospital used to be one of the best in town but lately, I went here with my grandmother for her cardiac condition and the washroom's condition was really really poor. We went to second floor CCU washroom and shocked to see such terrible condition of a Super Speciality hospital. Also, the staff, ward boy and guards are really nice but some were so rude. All and all, it's fine but needs more maintenance.

I want to express my extreme gratitude for the care I received at your hospital. Every experience with every department was great like treatment, nursing, regular doctor visit, housekeeping to dietary, and all the other departments, I was impressed. I will recommend Saroj Hospital to everyone going forward.

Hospital environment is very soothing and comfortable. I didn't face any inconvenience throughout my treatment. Dr. B. K. Aggarwal is highly experienced doctor, highly recommended. Talking about the nursing staff, very humble and cooperative staff, took good care of me throughout. Worst hospital ever. Patient died early reported afterwards. Nurses and doctors are most negligent. Left the patient on 50 oxygen level. My dad died because of this hospital.

Recently my wife's treatment of Covid-19 was done at Saroj Hospital. I am thankful to Mr. Rohit ji and his marketing team for their support. Rohit ji is an asset to Saroj Hospital.

Good services. Well behaved and very cooperative doctors specially Dr. Ajay Sharma/Dr. Vinay Singla. Went for mother's knees operation, it went successful. Both the doctors were so cooperative that they explained the tiny things in detail. Asked numerous questions and they answered them very patiently.
