Over all Hotel ok
But Do not use water bottle which was kept in Dinning area it will cost you more than 130 rupees per bottle

Most amicable, warm and hospitable service. The staff are highly professional. Managing a group of 80 students' stay here was seamless. Students were super happy with the spread of food.

I went to this hotel when looking for a place to arrange a meeting cum get-together.
The staff are very cordial, helpful and try their level best to meet customer expectations. This is a very big plus point.
The location of the hotel is not at all a positive point and parking is difficult. The reception, common area and the restaurant are not that spacious. The charges and tariffs are on the higher side vis a vis the room sizes. We have not tasted the foods & beverages so can't comment on that.
Overall, not that great a package.

Room Costing somehow higher than facilities. I didn't even get a foot mat in the room neither in the bathroom. Room AC was not working properly. But the good part was the service of their staff.
Food cost was higher than expected.

The staff was very helpful. Thankyou. The young boy at the Reception booked a cab, since it was late night. I was not able to find any cab from my app. So he booked one and I reached home safely.

Hope he reads this.

I went there on a corporate trip by my institute IIM Bangalore. It was fine untill one day the window started to leak because of the rain and it was all water there then.

What a disgrace. Being a hotelier myself for last 30 yrs I couldn't believe how they sell rooms like this. Checked out immediately after an hour though I had booked for two nights being proximity to my work.
The bed had ugly visible stains not small but patches of them
The floor was disgusting.
The bathroom had rusted broken glass.
The wash basin had bad stain.
The bathroom amenities were used ones and pathetic
The WC was stained and brown.
The most appalling thing was no one wanted to know why I am checking out. I did tell the receptionist about my disappointment with the room.
I would fire the front desk manager, General manager and the housekeeper.
Never will I stay in a sarovar portico property.

Room service staff has been stolen my metro card and no one was taking responsibility about this.very casual staff, i will not prefer this hotel for future.

Sarovar portico is a decent hotel situated at naraina delhi, they have all air conditioned rooms single, deluxe and super twin rooms, u will get laundary and restaurant facility in this hotel, it's situated 500 m away from the naraina vihar metro station, room service is average and restaurant food is good but the menu is costly. They provie free wifi for all the rooms.

On the main road but not the best location. I dont mind that but the fact that the kitchen was not working mean't that we ordered food from local takeaways via the hotel. Not the best idea but we had no choice and ended up very ill. Rooms were poor and noisy.

Had higher expectations from a Sarovar property. Cons: Internet is shabby, the rooms smelled damp, bed linen etc were extremely dated.
Pros: breakfast buffet was nice, quite a range, friendly staff in the restaurant

Decent hotel in the Naraina area. Food was very good and the staff was courteous. However they can pay more attention to finer details such as missing foot mat in the bathroom, missing menu card for in room dining etc.

The standards of the hotel are nowhere close to the tarrif charged by the hotel. Everything about this hotel and rooms is old and needs repair. Basic things like bathroom shower are broken. I changed the room and the next one is almost clogged and works somehow. The bedsheets have oily spots and the look and feel of it is again OLD. The floor needs repair, it should look neat and finished. You get a window in your room but its near to useless as it is so dirty you will get the you can barely see anything outside. The TV does not work as it cannot connect to the tata sky service. The last and most important thing is the staff is impolite. They are not trained to talk in a polite manner to the guests staying in the hotel. They talk to you as if you are talking to someone on roadside. Again, this hotel does not matches the standard to the charged tarrif.

I liked the hotel a lot. It has almost all the modern amenities, which is why this place attracts a lot of guests.
They have a beautiful designed building with nice architecture. Located in Naraina, it has a sprawling campus, which is well equipped with facilities.
In addition, they have big rooms and halls to organise weddings and corporate events.
The staff is supportive and humble.
Moreover, the food prepared by them is excellent and mouth watering. It is easily accessible from ring road.
However, its price are on higher side.

I love the ambulance while I have to the hotel, the fragrance and their facilities. I was in a group of people so they took some around 30 minutes to set it up for the room. There was no extra ordinary facility for the impression. But it's decent place to hang out. The staff was very kind and good heart people. Hope I'll visit again.

Their restro is poorest thing not sarovar what we generally imagine property not with paying they serve food that is hard to eat even they served food cooked a day before

Hotel is good. Reception is average. Smoking is not allowed inside room, if you smoke they penalise Rs. 2000. Smokers have to think before check-in in this hoyel.

Simple place with rooms and restaurant. Rooms are clean with enough space for 2 in one room. Overall a simple and functional place to stay in Delhi not very far from South delhi and Airport.

Good quality hotel, but they didn't allow outside guest in their restaurant.only in-house guest are allowed to fine in restaurant

Very good recency to reside, as well as on the main road it is and can book cab for airport without traffic

Front desk staff is very rude. Asst Manager is nor aware of things and rather than solutions indulges in blame game.can be avoided

The place is not a great option. As compared to the brand we always had great experience with sarovar. But this one was total mess. Rooms are small stinky with wall sealan, with less parking space. Was a waste to amount spend.

1. No value for Money. (V high cost for the ordinary level of facilities)

2. They do not even honor the conditions mentioned on the voucher.

3. No facility of food here. If u stay here, u have to arrange for even a sandwich from outside restaurant. (If their kitchen is shutdown bcoz of Karol bagh incident, they can still help some eatables prepared by microwave or toaster, but they dont)
. If they are not able to provide some facility, they should compensate in some other way but they don't. Actually the management is bothered about customer satisfaction at all.

One of the most pathetic hotel I have ever seen.
The staff was too rude. The toilet was sticking n accessories were in bad shape. From my side ZERO rating.

This is a budget hotel and is at max.a 2 star hotel. It does not do justice to the Sarovar Portico brand name. The staff is courteous, breakfast was ok, room was well made but not maintained, washroom was in very bad shape, and the location of the hotel is not great.

Nice place for going towards patel nagar, other places with all types of transport facilities. Junction point, an important place.

"Excellent Hotel and Staff"
This is one of the best hotels we stayed in. Room was large with a sitting area with a couch. The room was very, very clean and modern. The staff at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and professional. They even gave us a bottle of water for being a Choice Hotel member. The lobby was nice and clean. Breakfast area was large. There were several kitchen staff members constantly monitoring the breakfast items. There was plenty for everyone, including tons of bacon. I definitely would stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is on the mahatma gandhi road.parking is available but limited. Hotels seems to be maintained well. Rooms are not so spacious (may be my perception). Overall one can stay. Food stalls are nearby. 2 km approx from delhi canntt metro

Very very good. Probably 5 stars if restaurant was operating. Some problem happened and restaurant was out of service during my stay. Good rooms. Service was fine. Location was close enough to tourist sites. Brekfast (in lobby due to restaurant issues) was amazing.

It is close to my area of residence. On main ring road in Naraina vihar A block. We were in invited by Royal Club international. They served us coffee and dinner after the talk. Hotel has 39 rooms. No bar or health club. But rooms are good. Parking is limited. Basic food is tasty and has clean neat sitting area

A *** hotel, **** facilities. Good but small hotel. The hotel has 39 rooms but rooms are comfortable and good room service. Their is one restaurant and small conference Hall. The food is tasty. The rates for stay and food are reasonable. The behaviour of the staff is good. The hotel is visible from Mahatma Gandhi Marg (ring road).

Very bad experience. My brother was expected to stay in delhi for 3 days. I booked other hotel for them. Will never visit here again
