Sarvodaya imaging centre at Charak Palika Hospital Moti Bagh is a well managed and professional place. Their staff is responsible and knowledgeable.
We are really satisfied with their services.

It is advisable to book appointment first before coming. It takes minimum 1 hour for your turn.

Staff is so polite i came for the mri of my mother the staff is very suppotive and helpful in nature special thankss to ms. Ashi madam and Anisha madam both thee ladies are good in nature and very helpful

I am compelled to write this because of RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL behaviour of team member Ashii. Recently I visited the Sarvodya imaging center (moti bagh) for my wife's MRI scan & this lady intentionally started making fun of my wife by pointing fingers with her colleagues. Her behavior was so rude with patients and their attendants. According to me, there should not be such an immature group chatting or laughing at the reception.
I recommend the Hospital HR committee to kindly take care of the staff personal character before hiring. In Fact i am surprised because how an organisation can hire such staff without noticing her dressing sense. We waited for at least 2 hours at the reception & i think you should not take long calls from your boyfriend on duty.
In short - Totally fake & unprofessional lady, I will never recommend anyone to visit there

I had a very great experience while doing MRI here. This imaging center is well maintained, hygeinic, new machines and has a very supportive staff.

It was better than any other lab for mri. Firstly, because it is run by govt. It has all the certified technicians and lab staff and that's something which private labs lack.
Secondly mri machine is Signa explorer.and it's one of the best.
Thirdly hygiene is well taken care of!

Punctuality kept. The place was neat and clean and staff cooperation was excellent and report was sent promptly. Would recommend among my known people.

I must say.do visit this place for genuine prices. It’s way cheaper than the pvt clinics and hospitals. Plus the place is very tidy and looks like a private clinic. Kudos to Delhi govt.great work!

Best place to get all of your test done as far as MRI and all kind of CT scans done at the lowest possible price in Delhi, Customer service provided are not upto the scale of big private hospitals like Max but there's very huge price difference and the staff is also good. I would have given 5 star if the customer handling provided would match the private hospital like Max. Highly recommended if you want to save your money.

Overall all good experience. Staff are co operative as well as doctor. I got brain mri test in very low cost through mfine app.

Its a neat and clean center for CT scan.
The process was very smooth and fast but they did not do my Contrast based CT scan bcoz I did not have any caretaker accompanying me.donno whether thats the norm. Earlier in other centers my scan was done without any attendant accompanying me.
But overall the process was smooth and fast.

Services provided are par exemplary. Their tests are.priced very reasonably. Their staff is extremely well behaved. I would like to make a special mention about Ms. PRIYANKA. She was extremely professional and well behaved. She went out of her way to help resolve ally queries and get my lab results updated very quickly.

Good MRI and CT SCAN center. Low crowded. Big and ventilated building. Center was clean. Rates are reasonable then other centers. Free for NEW DELHI MUNICIPAL COUNCIL employee. Only employee medical card and doctor's prescription is required. It is situated in NEW DELHI MUNICIPAL COUNCIL hospital Chark palika hospital.
It is a N. D. M. C. ANSHU HOSPITALS LIMITED PPP INITIATIVE. Very clean and ventilated place. A lot of greenery out side it. It pollution free place.

Nice facility. Very good staff behaviour. And the slot booking with their time management is also good.
Rates are very impressive and economical when compare with relative labs in NCR for same test

They were amicable and understanding.

Hrct done within minutes after arriving with no hassle.

There were not many people there at the time of arriving.

Indians mentality that cheap means bad quality proves wrong here. It's cheap and best.
I couldn't understand why other charges sooo much for same services
