Ration Items are available on the left side after entering the store and Food items are available on the right. You are free to roam in the store and the staff is also helpful and will also suggest you items as per need.
They offer discounts on items which are sold at MRP in general available stores. You can also get a card made for you (for free) which gets you points which turns into small amounts of money.
