Never ever trust any employee of this company especially Mr Lalit of paschim vihar branch. He trapped me by saying that my last policy is not giving good returns and issued new policy by surrendering previous one. But even after 1 month I have not received surrendered amount of my previous policy and now he is not replying. I have complained on their customer care but of no use. Now I have to approach irdai and other legal agencies to report this. Totally a unscrupulous staff n company. All reviews written here are from their employees only. Don't trust them.
