What would you say if something looks different from outer side and inner side.

Building looks so awesome but do you know there are some incidents when some glasses from building fall on ground directly

This minar is the home of many public sector undertakings like ONGC, CIL SAIL for recruitment purposes and other official purposes. Its near to niraman vihar metro station which is on the vaishali route of blue line

Scope minar is a 15 storey building. There is a counter of various psu on the 1st floor. I was go there for interview if ongc. Ongc has its office at 15th floor.

Nice building with good facilities such as fire safety, etc. A truly magnificent state of art building with centralised air conditioning (that too balanced draft, making use of minimum pumping power for recirculation of air). Food being served is also very good, tasty and hygienic. The building may not look awesome from outside, but it is awesome from inside

Nice government office building, there are lots of government offices. And it's great with facilities and security. You won't be able to get inside without checking and your baggage too and even after that you need access cards to enter the specific government office.

Good Scope Minar with good amenities, lifts are good but parking waiting time too much. All Government or undertaking and Private Office available build their offices here. It is surrounded by V3S Mall, Radhu Palace Cinema, MTNL Office.

Easy to locate and big insurance companies have there offices in this building. This building is well maintained and cleaned.

It's a beautiful place with lot of facilities. It is clean, has good parking lot, very good location and well functioning lift.

It houses mostly govt of India PSU companies. It has two towers, one of which15 story. It is the same tallest building in that area.

Corporate tower in laxmi Nagar near Nirman Vihar metro station. The corporate tower is well managed with centralised Air conditioning system, information desk, reception and waiting area, security round the clock, parking facility and other basic amenities. The corporate tower has mainly offices of Companies in Public sector unit like Hindustan petroleum, Oil india limited, Hindustan Zinc limited etc.

The place is located close to Nirman Vihar metro Vaishali blue line. Several govt.offices are located in this building. There is baggage screening and frisking at the entrance. Building looks deserted. Surroundings are not clean. There is a shopping mall nearby.

Business centre with good security arrangement.
Building is designed with considering paths/ways for differently able persons.
But the only thing that will disappointed me is lift, steps & washrooms are not properly cleaned and no hygiene was maintained.

Multistory building complex in laxminagar. There are 4 towers of 20 floors each. PSU offices are located there of various corporates.

From outside it looks very cool as It a very high building with window glasses. It has mostly offices of insurance companies but when you enter inside it is nlt so clean and modern as It looks from outside. There is a lot of parking space around thia buildin and it is walking distance from Nirman Vihar metro station. Around 750 from Nirman Vihar metro and adjacent to V3S mall.

This place has all the indian govt offices and also many psu offices like sail, moil, mecon, gst.
This building also has many insurance and bank offices like nil, united insurance.
It is situated near to nirman vihar metro station and v3s mall.
You can go by foot from nirman vihar metro station.

Nice office, have corporate office of all PSU and there are 4 core each having 20 floors so much near to nirman vihan metro station

This is old building, I am seeing this building since 2000. That time it's a biggest one. Inside neat an clean. SAIL office is situated inside. Security is good.

Nice building housing Govt Deptt
manned by employees who don't want to work. Their first priority is to shoo away the visitors

High parking charges. How can they charge more than any where in Delhi. MCD permits 20/- for 1st hour thereafter 10/- per hour. They charge flat 20/- per hour and further too 20/- even for 1 minute more than 1 hour

This is a big office complex divided in various cores. It houses offices of PSU etc. It is close to Nirman vihar metro station of blue line metro. There are shopping malls located close to it.

A very good place to work at. Nice work environment, very well maintained building, good ventilation. Walkable distance from Nirman Vihar Metro Station.

Housing many large corporates including Branch Sales Office and Regional Office of India's Maharatna company 'Steel Authority of India Limited' (SAIL) on 17th & 18th floors. SAIL is largest Steel public sector company under Govt.of India, ministry of steel. SAIL has contributed to various landmark projects of India by supplying steel. Railway tracks in India on which both goods and passenger trains run has been supplied entirely by SAIL. There's a little bit of SAIL in everyone's life.

Business centre, Beautiful structure and provide training and facilities are great and ful of talented people

Going to oriental insurance company. Totally waste my time and money to buy these company insurance for my car DL-1ZA-1887
