Got my scooty's 4th service done in July 2022. So far I'm satisfied with their service.

Scooty taken for Paid service. Workshop was already filled with vehicles came for service. Not enough Supervisors/Service Advisors to open job cards. Had to wait more than an hour to get the job card opened and handover the scooty for service! Workshop is too congested!

The only reason I am giving 1 star is because of the lack of customer centricity. I get new scooty it's been around after paying the prize of charger I still waiting for it and every time I asked them about the charger they will give you next week date but you will not get one. If you ask the showroom guy they will give you service center no and no one pick the call and once you visit the the service center they will give you same excuse. Please improve your services.

Fraud hai showroom wale 1 number ke
Costomer se down payment bhi leleten hai aur finance krwate time waha se bhi jyda Amount lete hai mere 1500rs ka fraud kiya hai

Very very bad experience, here is fraud with customer and those who have booked TVS IQUBE, their tvs iqube is delivered to someone else with extra money @Rahim (salesman)

This is wrost place to buy bike please don't go. Instead try some other dealer.i want to give less then 1 rating. I 2020 i brought Jupiter and after using i came to know it's made of plastic. On top of that ever part is hanging on (naka) which break easily.tvs itself is a worst company their dealership and their services centers are not less then dacoit. They will loot you on face.

Everything is good expect the bill department. They include they put charge of extra parts even you don't need it and after ask about that they removed the quickly. Aware when you go there

They are not polished vehicles properly after washing, they always shows lazyness regarding this.

It's my first service today here and their technicians broke my headlight during the time of service. One of the worst service I have ever came through.

I am definetly not recommend to buy any bike for that showroom.they have inefficient staff to deal with their products and shortage of parts which will be replaced if any problem not always in their showroom

They usually takes a lot of time to service your vehicle. Once you go there then they take your 3-4 hrs easily. I'm not satisfied with their service.
