There is only one window open, there is a queue for enquiry, there is a queue for submission of documents, due to which the common man has a lot of trouble

Absolutely pathetic customer service with no regard for anyone’s time. Took whole day and still didn’t complete the marriage registration. The biggest problem is there is no accountability on govt.officials.

Certificate banwane (Caste, Income, Domicile) k liye phele online apply Krna padhta h phir 1 week k under unki photo state yaha submit karni hoti h. Monday to Friday sirf 10am to 1pm tk uske baad nhi lete h. Subah 8: 30 aakar line lga lena warna bhid ho jati h.
Iske andar ki Aadhar Centre h jaha aadhar update aur naye aadhar bante h. Uski line alag lagti h aadhe log galat line m lag jate h.
OBC NCL k liye Offline apply Krna padhta h. Uske liye line m jane ki jarurat nhi h. OBC NCL ka kaam piche Wale gate se room no. 2 m hota h.
