I visited this place 2 times and I found staff was helpful to us.

In Starting I called to confirm about address and details about hdd replacement. They have updated me all the details and process. It took me less than half n hour to replace my hdd.

They have given me fresh hdd on place of faulty hdd which is in warranty.

Best Customer Service, they replaced my old hard drive and Couriered me a new one in just 3 days.

Best Service Centre I ever scene.

I have been replaced HDD about 5 times now. Never expected Seagate Service to be this bad. Each time they give an HDD which stops detecting on pc sometimes even the second time plug in at home. I bought this online through Amazon.

Worst service center ever. They exchanged my hdd after 17 days of continuous running from here and there

The service center is very quiet and was very fast and the best part is that I got the replacement within 2day in my house.
