Extremely sorry for writing such a review. I had used the service twice before which was very good but this time I had done my booking through Mr Peter and let me tell u that I had a very bad experience. If you book through them get in writing everything otherwise u will have a bad time. Beware of the sales person called Peter.

Poor service, worst experience yesterday the whole family went to attain family wedding from delhi to badaun utter pradesh by the AC bus of the sehgal transport the whole luggage of the family was in luggage room as we reached badaun what we faced the biggest damage there was water in the luggage compartment all the bags were wet the dresses in it all were wet the main function was ruined by this.who is responsible for that

These people will give you hard time. They don’t have manners to speaks nor the good service to provide. After taking the advance money they are very very rude and would be of no help. Take any other service but not them.

My first conversation was with Mr.indarjeet Sehgal who told me that I didn't have to worry about the car's condition and driver as everything would be good. It was one of the worst experiences of my life.it was an official journey with around 40 people from Jaipur to New Delhi. The driver (named Raju) hijacked the bus on the orders of his management.even after convincing him for an hour he didn't agree to move the bus.

There were few colleagues who had to catch their train for South India and other parts of India but because of the driver and his managements ill intention people couldn't reach on time. More than 25 people missed their train.

I would suggest don't avail their services at all.but even if you do then go for an MOU because tomorrow they can held you hostage like us.

We went to Mussoorie in bus number UK08P- 1576 on 9th Aug - 12 Aug 2019.
The bus quality, service was amazing.
Also, the driver Mr Rajiv and the helper Mr Deenpal were very cooperative, polite, jolly and we're up with a YES everything our passengers asked to them.
This was my 5th visit with Sehgal Transport Service and Everytime the buses provided were clean, with good seats and proper ACS.

NO STARS ACTUALLY - Sehagal Transport has a good brand value in the Transport Industry in Delhi but I have to share this experience so that others should be careful of such providers so called "Brand Providers". On the day of our arrival, they provided a 45 seater AC bus (good one) though our request was for 27 Seater AC Luxury Bus for 3 days (14-16 February 2019). They demanded the payment for other two days which was given. The following day (15 Feb) the bus sent was a "normal" AC bus with lots of noise whenever applied "brake" causing a lot of inconvenience to the passengers. Seats were torn and honestly in bad shape. Worst of all there was a rat in the bus. On seeing the same, as a customer who has paid for luxury bus called Ms Yashodha and a couple of other people who said we will look into it.kept looking till end of the day after which they stopped picking my calls for my request to change the bus atleast for Day 3 but ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE.

Please beware of Sehgal Transport. Don't go by Brand Name and always make payment by the day and not in advance or else you will be another one passenger like us who just had to bear the music played by these providers

Good bus. I had 2 trips with these buses. First bus and driver were excellent Second was not up to my exoectation many ooerational hazzards on the way. However the sales person whom I contacted Ms Yasodha was always there with a helping hand. She did a great job to get the tour smooth.
